- the place is near to the train around 5-10 mins walk, - really nice location, the place is around Ximending area you can walk around their night market - the staff are very kind, very accommodating and they allow us to keep our luggage even we already checked out - the room is 10/10 clean, no bad smell - the equipment are working fine - there is bathtub and hot shower - free coffee, tea and water - they clean the room everyday - highly recommended, value for money, we will definitely stay here again if we have chance - you can request to reheat your food in the lobby area

The property is in a really good location. Everything is clean, WiFi works well, staff is very kind. You can store your luggage at the front desk and borrow an umbrella when it rains. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is much bigger than expected and to be honest, it’s the first time a room looks better than the pictures for me.

It’s a bit loud. The AC is kind of loud but without it, the room gets hot really quickly. Plus it’s next to a busy street so if you get put in a room overlooking it, it took some getting used to the first night. Sometimes, it was a bit hard to sleep.

The owner gave us cup noodles since we arrived midnight and they assume we our hungry. Upon check out, they gave us pineapple cakes since we might be hungry in the airport. Nice location and super accommodating, will surely go back.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly. They can help with transportation arrangements and they even help to ensure the prices are reasonable. We made a special request for the whole family to be on the same floor and they kindly acceded. Great location around Ximending yet not affected by the noises at night. Feels really safe staying there.

You need to go up a flight of stairs to reach the lobby so it might not be so convenient for elderly. If u have a heavy luggage on arrival, pls inform the staff, they have a winch which they can use to carry your luggage up. Saves u the trouble of lugging your luggage’s.

Value for Money, and it is within Ximending Area

A small, family-run hotel that has old world’s charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. While the decor is a bit dated, everything is super clean. Bottled water and tea/coffee bags are provided. Good lighting (not very common in hotel rooms). There are hundreds of TV channels, quite a few in English (again, not always common in Asian countries). Lots of shops and eateries close-by, it’s an interesting, vibrant neighourhood.

It’s about ten minutes’ walk from Ximen metro station, although this didn’t bother me. You need to take the stairs to the second level, where reception and the lift are, but because I only had a small carry-on bag, this was not an issue for me, and staff always offer help with the luggage. The hotel is on a busy road but the double glazed window is quite effective in keeping the street noise out. If you want a quiet room, ask for one facing the river. I never heard any noise from other hotel guests.

the room is big and clean, comfy bed, big toilet, big tv. the owner is very accommodating, she always assist us, always answers our inquiries regarding where to take a bus, which road to take, the best place to dine. they also lend us an umbrella. they offer us coffee the moment we arrived and it's tasty. she also gave me cake on my birthday 🎂, I soooo loved 😍 it , it's so yummy. to you ma'am thank you so much, for the cake and for your hospitality, we really had a good time, good sleep.

location is considered good. Walk to the end of ximending, cross the road will be the hotel. room is clean, can walk around without slipper. good that hotel provide coffee and tea, mineral water, bathroom items like toothbrush, paste, shaver are all inclusive.

There is no lift from level 1 to level 2. The reception is at level 2, so need to walk up the stairs to level 2. From level 2, there is lift to the room. While the room is clean every day except the last day, my last day of stay, somehow my room was not cleaned. I supposed they will clean daily since it was done on all previous days.
