Staff are friendly clean modern facilities. Staff was really helpful with suggestions and overall just really friendly. Location is perfect for local nightlife and shopping.

There’s next to no sound insulation between bathrooms of different rooms so you can clearly hear people in the shower and bathroom when they use their in the next room. Also the plug in the room could be renewed as everything I plugged in would fall out. I could only use my chargers the bathroom which had new outlets.

The room is a great size with fantastic amenities (Nespresso machine and Dyson hairdryer! Tv with Netflix included). The room may be a little cosy for a couple but I think it would be fine!

The facilities are adequate but the gym equipment is not very user-friendly, and the cleanliness of public areas needs improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything felt very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience extra comfortable.

the hotel is a bit far from the metro. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors from other rooms. Also, I booked a room with a “garden view,” but in reality it was just a tree and a few nearby buildings — not exactly private, especially when using the bathroom.

Even being in Ximending (busy youngster area) in Taipei, the hotel is further at the back which is actually quite quiet at night time. Big window allows lots of sunlight in

Aircon is situated directly towards bed, so if you have sensitive airway it might not be the most comfy in the hot seasons when aircon is a must.

It's a great boutique hotel with industrial vibes and a cute bunny that lives at reception. The staff are accommodating and friendly- no tasks too small! The rooms are modern and clean. We got the family room which had a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom had a lot of natural light which made it more welcoming. I like the small touches they add in which made the stay with enjoyable for my family.

The location is great- on the edge of the busy area which meant that you can hear the late night drunks from the street. Didn't bother me but my husband is a light sleeper.

We booked this hotel room for 2 adults / 2 young kids. The hotel staff were superb -- recognizing our names / us and offering to help with recommendations and just in general very friendly and nice people. The location is nice iff you want to be in the "middle of action" as Ximending is quite...hip. You will find yourself wading through an ocean of people to get back to the hotel every night from the MRT so that can be a pro or con; I didn't mind it but after night 5 or 6 it got a bit old (but that was our mistake as we're traveling with two young kids).

The family room was a bit smaller than I would've hoped (but I also booked the hotel last minute so we were really limited on hotel options which is also why normally I'd say this wasn't the best "value for money" but that was our mistake by booking super late so I can't fully blame the hotel). I do wish there were a few more outlets in the room as that would've been helpful but we made do. Note that you will hear street level noise so if you're a light sleeper it can be an issue once in a while. Lastly, you can feel the "damp" (not their fault fully as Taiwan is humid) in the walls / hallways but it was manageable.

The hotel staffs are great. They are super friendly and attentive to the guests. One of the hotel staffs gave us some dessert while waiting for our van on our last day. And I really appreciated the heat pack that one of the staffs gave our grandma. Thank u for that. The location is nice. The rooms are great also. They have Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso! The bathroom in the lobby is very clean. Plus the Japanese toilets. The bunny in the lobby is fun to look for every time you come back and go out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Taipei.

The hotel is located in the 4th floor. It is hard to find the time you arrive. The housekeeping also took a long time. We booked 2 rooms, at the time of check in only one room is available. We have to wait for I think for more than 1 hour for our other room.

The staff at the front desk were really lovely and friendly. They helped with some questions, recommendations and even helped me do my laundry. The room was comfy and clean, and provided snacks, coffee, water and some toiletries. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms and the bed was comfy. The location is in Ximen, a little outside of the busy Ximen area, so quite close to food, shops, bars etc. Some good coffee shops nearby.

I booked this hotel because it had access to a gym, but I didn't get to use it because the process is weird: you have to book a specific even-houred time slot which didn't fit with my schedule. Then collect a card from the hotel. Also the cleaner entered my room when I had a 'do not disturb' sign and woke me up.

Our family of five recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Art'Otel Ximending Taipei. We booked a medium double room and a large family quadruple room, both of which were cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with artistic touches. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early. The hotel's artistic lobby, as well as a cute rabbit, was a delightful highlight for our kids. The service at Art'Otel Ximending was top-notch. The friendly staff was eager to help and assist us whenever needed. The hotel's location in the heart of Ximending was superb – conveniently close to shops, eateries, and convenient stores, yet pleasantly quiet. Public transportation was easily accessible, making it simple for us to explore the city. Overall, we found Art'Otel Ximending to be a great value for the price, offering a unique and comfortable stay with exceptional service. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a stylish and centrally located place to stay in Taipei.

The only drawback was that our rooms were not connected, but they were quite close to each other, which was manageable given the hotel's small size.

The staff, they made you feel like you were a friend. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone of them from reception to the cleaners always greeted you with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I need to give a special mention to Queeny and Eric. Without these two I would have struggled. They are stars. They looked after me. I will definitely stay here again when I re visit, hopefully next year

Leaving. Normally, at the end of my holiday I look forward to going home but I could of stayed here another week
