Very cute design. Very convenient to the MRT station. Good for young couples with young children. Snacks and coffee provided at lounge area. Secure (need their key to enter the hotel area itself). Luggage storage was available during their operational hours where there’s staff at the counter. Staff were very helpful too.

The bed was on the tatami floor, which was not as comfortable for slightly older parents. There’s a KTV above the hotel, can hear some muted sound of people singing till maybe about 12/1am; with Tv on in the room can’t really hear them.

I loved the washing machine and dryer and how fun the room decoration was. Also, it was very close to a night market and the metro line. I also liked that there were so many shops and places to eat nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower was in the same space as the toilet and sink.

My room was so large and wow- the bed was really soft and comfortable! I like the school theme the hotel has. There is a washer and dryer which is 10 NTD per load, so it was really easy to do my laundry. I liked the window of my room because it was very wide and long. I had a city view. There is free tea & coffee offered as well in the lobby. It is awesome how there is a microwave. The room has a mini fridge and I really liked that.

The lobby has very small chairs to fit the school theme, but it isn’t really comfortable. The walls can be a bit thin. The level upstairs is KTV, so you can legit hear people stomping, jumping, door opening, music playing. For me, I was able to sleep but if you need complete silence, you might go crazy. The receptionists are very helpful. I was able to get assistance with mailing my luggage. I kind of didn’t like when I took a shower because the entire bathroom got wet. It is very easy to slip. I had to walk around in moist slippers. The room could use more hangers.

I had a fantastic stay here! Chris was extremely kind and generous as I had food poisoning and he let me stay in the room after check-out time with no extra charge. This hotel is cute and full of character while also being clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It's also in a convenient location. I'd definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect if you like to be in the middle of the city . It’s in New Taipei city and 3 mins walk to the MRT station . MRT is the best way to move around in Taipei . Staff was very helpful and polite .

The carpet was very old and had a lot of stains on it and it smelled a bit mouldy as well .

The staff was amazing. One of them waited for me until 3 AM because my flight arrived late during the night. The following days, I had to do an important exam on my laptop and they found an adaptor for the power cable. The last day, I asked if I could stay a bit more in order to have lunch in my room and they let me stay.

San Chong area was very close to the center - only 1 RMT or bus ride to the Main Station, from which you can get anywhere. I loved the staff's friendliness and helpfulness; the bed was so comfortable and the entire facility clean and well-maintained. The cute theme (old classroom) is just like a cherry on top, especially for someone who's a bit nostalgic and enjoys seeing past settings like me.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I dropped by bags 1 day before check-in and when I arrived my luggage was already waiting in my room. Kind attention. Every room has a theme and is well decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Some comments mentionned a loud karaoke, I did not experience that. My room was very quiet. Taipei Bridge station is easy access from Taipei Main Station. By MRT and also 10mn on bus 39. There is a night market nearby.

Everything was great

Very good location, easily accessible to eateries, shopping etc. Rooms are unique with different themes. Overall, we are very happy with the stay and all staffs are friendly and helpful.

The only setback is the soundproof where you can hear the flushing water or showering noise of the room next door.

Very accessible to the nearest MRT (Taipei Bridge station), had a lot of stores, restaurants, and even a night market nearby. Staff were very friendly and answered questions we had.
