The location was great, not too far from the Datouqiao MRT station. I enjoyed walking there. The hotel location was close to my favourite vegetarian cafes, which were within walking distance. That saved me from having to catch the MRT. However, it remained kind of noisy at nighttime I heard of some sort of renovation or wall scrapping. This was only a minor issue. I like the availability of the washing machine and dryer. They became very handy for me as the weather was humid and I had to change clothes regularly. My 6-day stay was great overall!

Great location and easy to get around. There are bus stops nearby and ten minutes walk to the MRT station. Food is everywhere. The hotel is surrounded by shops, foods, convenience stores, etc. Just 10 minutes walk to the bustling night market. It was very busy during the weekend but it was worth for us to try the food there, especially super delicious BBQ chicken and crispy pork.

Everything went well until we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We knew this can happen but when we search through the bathroom area we saw the big hole and pipe at the back of the sink. So, probably it came from there. Anyway, this was the only unpleasant moment that we experienced, the rest was good though.

The gentleman at the front desk at night, who I forgot to write his name, made my stay so much better. He was attentive and made everything he could to solve my requests! I can't thank him enough for this. I couldn't get a large bed but the staff joined the two beds and added a lining with solved the usual pit between beds. The self service laundry was easy to use and the treadmill was useful too. The large tub was another highlight of my stay here. I was worried that the light from the bathroom would be an issue but as the gentleman explained, the curtains blocked the light completely.

Location was convenient, 10 minutes walk from a night market and plenty of taxis around. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and all amnesties available. Really appreciated the laundry appliance even an iron was available.

There was a window in the bathroom but not in the room which was a bit of a negative point. The heating/AC was difficult to set up, it was freezing cold when we arrived, we struggled to change it to a normal temperature but then it got so hot it made it difficult to sleep! The staff helped us the next day and put a nice temperature bit this could be better (not big problems just flagging!)

I really liked it here. They were friendly but professional on the front desk. They upgraded my room so I had a hot tub bath. The shower was delightful. Best view from a toilet I've ever known. Comfy bed, fancy lighting, movie service on the telly, free laundry facilities. Cleaners are friendly and replace the water bottles as you use them. I extended my stay here.

Comfortable room, bathtub with a jacuzzi. Clean and convenient.

The walls are thing so you can hear the neighbors. Someone was watching tv all night loudly nearby, and I couldn’t sleep. The sound proofing is non existent. Also there is no actual gym. It’s just a tiny room with two treadmills and nothing else. It’s so small there is not even enough space to do a push-up, a complete joke!

The room is quite roomy. It has a big bath room with jacuzzi and separate shower area. The TV system is also quite good with smart TV option and even built in ceiling speaker. It's also a short walk to Ningxia night market. Hotel staff is also friendly. Guidance was also given to parking using the car lift which is a little challenging for people who are not familiar with such parking facilities with unfamiliar rental car.

The room sound isolation is not as good like what others had reviewed but consider the price, I think it's acceptable to me.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating. William and Elaine wholeheartedly accommodated us on how to get to certain sites. They even told us places we can eat nearby as soon as we got to check-in. Got us our taxis from and to the airport. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G service. The hospitality and service are impeccable, you just can't put it into words.

Wifi connection was kinda unstable. However, that wasn't much of an issue as we spent most of our time touring the city anyways.

Awesome place to stay in a very quiet and local neighbourhood. Facilities were awesome. What impressed us the most were the very friendly and accommodating staff at the concierge. We arrived early and left our luggage. On our last day we also had to leave our luggage for a very long time because of the late flight. Very prompt check-in, breezy. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (higher floor) and we are very grateful. The bathroom had a view of the pier as well. The mbox installed had very good channels. Nice coffee and tea machine in the room. Very good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. (We stayed during the cold months). It was more than comfortable.:) Thank you for the very kind service. We hope it stays that way in the many years to come!

It looks like a brothel, but it‘s not. It‘s actually a fantastic hotel. Spacious room, perfect bathroom. Working AC. Good Wifi. Self-service laundry. But the best of all was the breakfast buffet!
