The location was close to the Datong area and the yellow MRT line. I also walked to the Taipei Main Station a few times because it's in a comfortable walking distance. There are convenience stores and cafés nearby as well, so it was very good for me and my plans. The room was spacious and modern, had lots of outlets and good lighting. The bed and chair were comfortable. I also appreciated the bottle of waters that were provided!

The only negative thing I could mention is the ongoing renovation. It was a bit noisy and it was a bit awkward shuffling through between the workers. But all of them were very polite and respectful so it wasn't really a big problem at all, especially because I didn't spend most of the daytime in my room.

Close to Bus station and MRT station, within walking distance there is a local night market Yan Shan which serves local specialty. Serene place and polite staffs, the hotel is currently rebranding and can see they have upgraded some interiors. Comfortable stay. Provided free coffee and drinking water at the common areas too. Housekeeping works are nicely done too. Came here for leisure trip but also had to collect some parcels regarding work, staffs are kind enough to help for collection, but please let them know beforehand! Overall great stay!

No lifts which we have to carry the luggages to second floor. But the staircase are wide, in any case if you need helping hands can always let the staffs know.

Excellent stay in Taipei! 9ine hotel is located in Datong District down the street from the Yansan Night Market and next to the Yellow MRT Train Station or about 10-15 minute walk to the Red Line station! The check in process was smooth, the room was nice and quiet, beds were comfy and the amenities in the shared commons were adequate. This is a great value for a stay in Taipei, which can sometimes run expensive. Great location and great value. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is in a great location with a bus stop and train mrt nearby. Staff were nice and they were kind to help us with any queries that we have. They also helped us clean our room every night and change the sheets and towels. I appreciate it. I especially love the bathtub in the room, small but just sufficient for a good bath at night after all the walking. The little snacks/biscuits that they provide in the common area is also very nice!

Very clean hotel, very helpful staff. Free drinking water, coffee and snacks. I hate rooms without window but this hotel has been my only exception. They cleaned the rooms daily and the room has everything you need.

I think the hotel has damp issues which you can note at the entrance (the building stairs are not the cutest). Nevertheless, the room was doted with a very powerful dehumidifier so damp wasn’t an issue in the room.

located nearby public transportation, easy to find. Room was clean and room service was good. Receptionist is very kind and friendly, they even offered to help us call taxi as our uber app is not working.

If you’re bringing huge and heavy luggage, might be an issue as they don’t have lift. Staircase is constantly on construction so might be a bit wet.

There were a free coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was working very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Localization was very good, near MRT.

Room should be renovated a little bit… We had some stains on the carpet and the wallpaper was peeling in some places. AC hasn’t heat option so during night it was cold in our room.
