Great location!!! Friendly and very helpful staff. They do their best to provide help in very possible way to make our stay as comfortable and easy as it could be. I stay at UiNN every time I come to this neighborhood and so far I have always been very satisfied at their superb service.

The place has been a bit run down such as stain on the ceiling, hole in the hallway wall, cuts on the carpet, etc. Some renovation might be needed in the near future. However, with the place being very busy all the time, it might be quit challenging to execute.

The rooms are great, big, comfortable. There’s a small gym but enough to exercise. The breakfast is quite good but repetitive. The best was the staff. They tried to help in everything. I had to stay one full day inside the hotel due to an upcoming typhoon and they even provided dinner for free so the guests don’t have to risk to go out. No problem with the location as there are bus stops and metro stations nearby so Incould easily reach the touristic spots.

The advert said: breakfast "included", which people would assume was on-site, but on arrival we learnt that it was a coupon to use in small eateries nearby. Guests would have had the option of walking to those local cafes or other ones or 7/11 convenience stores even if breakfast were not "included". The arrangement was impractical when were on a group tour, which needed to make an early start. Breakfast on-site would have been better for the timetable of our group tour. Our tour leader solved the problem by having the eateries deliver the food to what used to be the breakfast area in the hotel. Until the hotel restarts providing breakfast on site, it could stop advertising "breakfast included", and instead say, "it is not far to walk to various nice local cafes".

A very nice hotel, comfortable with friendly staff, a good breakfast and a large cafe/restaurant area that could be used to sit in even when it was not breakfast time.

The only down side is that the hotel is at least 15 minutes walk from the nearest MRT. It is not a bad area and perfectly safe but being so far from the MRT is a downside, especially when returning to the hotel at the end of a tiring day. That is the only reason why I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time I visit Taipei

Staff were universally friendly and helpful, enjoyed that it was a small hotel and did not feel anonymous. Enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and facilities like filtered water filler for your water bottles, washing machine and dryer,

Stayed here twice at the beginning of a tour and at the end, had two different rooms, was very happy with the first room, the second I was not so fond of the layout with the hand basin and mirror outside the bathroom, and a full wall of windows in the room.

Room was a great size with views of the city and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also gave us some breakfast coupons for a couple of places nearby and although they have a cafe downstairs that seems to be shut, it does provide lots of tables and chairs for eating in if you don’t feel like going out. We had a great stay here and would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Shilin district.

Only downside was that there was a bit of noise from the residents above and beside us and sometimes quite late at night which was a little annoying but we had earplugs so it was ok in the end.

The rooms were rather clean and the condition of furnitures are in good shape, I thought the hotel underwent some refurbishment recently. We were initially worried about the arrangement for breakfast (Cafe within Hotel is closed) but the coupons were sufficient for us to redeem reasonably delicious breakfast from nearby local outlets. There were many local food stalls, convenience shops and pharmacies nearby. Another plus is the Hotel has a coin-operated washing machine (NT$50) and a dryer (NT$50) at its B1, very good for families that are traveling for more than just a few days and needed some clothes cleaned. There's a Laundromat self-service outlet just 2-3 minutes walk away but nothing beats the convenience of having them in the Hotel. Shilin Night Market is just 10 minutes walk away.

We saw some mosquitoes in the Hotel (we chased down 1 in our room), more around in the laundry room. Although the coupon for breakfast arrangement is OK, guests would need to go outside of Hotel to redeem their breakfast. That could be quite inconvenient, especially on rainy days.

Very clean rooms and general areas, staff is very attentive and helpful, free breakfast buffet with ample choices, high-speed internet, on-site laundry facilities, supermarket and 7 Eleven is located right behind the hotel, and easy to arrange airport shuttle service!

The closest MRT (Shilin Station) is about a 15-20 minute walk depending on your pace. The plus side is that Shilin Night Market is right next to the said MRT.

Super helpful and friendly staff. You can even see how much efforts they put in the property. They prepared snacks in the room prior to your arrival, and they provide you with breakfast vouchers at local Taiwanese restaurant nearby, which is way better than providing you the hotel buffet which serves boring scramble eggs and sausages. Their participating restaurants serves authentic breakfast that local Taiwanese eat everyday. I

A bit too far from the subway station I guess? Like 15 min walk

We felt comfortable to stay in hotel. it is nice and clean. room design and structure is very good, separated toilet and bathroom is very convenient for 2 or 3 persons to stay. staffs are friendly and helpful. location of hotel is not bad although a bit far from MRT stations. The breakfast is given voucher to eat in nearby shops. it is good that we can choose whatever we like to eat. hotel has water dispenser (hot, warm and cold water) and wash/dry machine, it is very convenient for guests..

the room is bit small for 3 persons.
