This was our second stay in Taipei at this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk to the MRT and Shilan night market. The room was a good size but they could use a handyman for a few minor repairs. The breakfast was great. We asked the hotel staff to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport. The vehicle was clean and we felt safe. The staff were really helpful and attentive

This place location is really great, just a few minutes from the Shilin MRT station and near the night market. The staff was super great, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also pretty good, so don't hesitate to choose that option. The room was clean when I arrived with supplementary water per request, which was great. Definitely will book it again when I return to Taiwan.

The only thing to consider is the outside noise, but if you can sleep with earplugs, then you'll be fine

Location is great for exploring the Shilin Night Market (this is why we chose to stay here for 1 night) and then being able to amble your way home easily. Clean, airco works well, generally good value for money. Staff were also helpful.

The soundproofing is not so good - but the hotel and the staff recommended using earplugs and they offered some at reception (although we had our own from the overnight flight we took to Taipei). If you use earplugs then this is all fine. In then end this was all fine for us.

- pillows were too soft (but so are the pillows of many other hotels) - quite a quiet location, nearest train station and convenience store is a short walk away

The whole hotel is very bright colored. In the hall there is a water fountain, which is great for refillung your own water bottle and not buying plastic ones. There are also computers you can use to browse the internet. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Even though our room had absolutely everything you need, it was small. Also the view from the room was a bit boring, but nothing really to complain about.

The place is near to Shilin night market and Shilin MRT.Room is spacious and comfortable.Water pressure normal and not so strong but still manage to take bath.Hotel is nice to stay.

It’s a nice comfortable boutique hotel . The location is quite peaceful , we booked a family room . The windows balcony are very big , room is spacious .Location iswise too ,8 mins walk to Shilin night market .

Only a few minute walk to the red line; The staff is very friendly and helpful; Bottle water, snacks and soda are replenished daily; Will stay there next time I come to Taiwan

8 mins walk to Shilin night market, located at a very quiet and cute neighbourhood across a school . Family room is spacious and there are a big French window which is a bonus for taipei hotel
