This hotel is just outside the touristy area, and has a nice, local feel. As a solo, female traveler I felt very safe. I also got some amazing local breakfast recommendations that were so good I’m still thinking about them. The room was simple, but very clean with a comfortable bed.

It was a little cold at night because you can’t control the air conditioner, so I would recommend warm pajamas. I could hear the televisions from other rooms a bit, but it wasn’t anything that kept me awake at night, and the neighborhood gets very quiet at night.

The room was super! Big with lots of light. I worked from the room 3 nights and it felt much better than my office, the desk was great, the views from the window to the square were very relaxing. It is next door to a 24 hours supermarket, the night market is not far. the staff is really friendly, even if they dont speak English sometimes they still communicate with you and try to help. Wifi worked perfeclty and they gave you water. I loved this place.

Everything was fine. I was having trouble at the online booking so u wasn't expecting about the machine at the entrance where I don't need to do a lot more talk just convenient to have that automated machine. And nothing more to explain as a foreign like me I don't speak Chinese, and the machine is very convenient and the most thing I like in this hotel. The se unity is also good. I left my phone but I was ablento have it immediately without hassle.

Its clean,simple,honestly I ddnt expect this good compare to its price. Its pretty budget friendly for couple looking for a place to spend in weekend in the big city No smoking oddor like the hotel weve been before with the same price. What i love the most is the view from the park ,makes me feel home Staff are approchable plus, extend fee is also a good deal for like us, lazy worm in cold weekend ..(check out is at 11am and you still wanna wrap yourself on the bed)

The barhroom floor sems have to be done some renovation cause the water flows the whole floor makes the whole bathroom floor wet even on the toilet floor..coz the floor on the bath side is higher than the toilet floor and they were just next to each other no stopper

Staff is very helpful & able to speak english. You can put ur luggage even though not yet time to check in. Hotel near park & residential area.. safe area even at night. Place quite close to Shilin Night Market. If you want to walk there you can walk approximately 10 minutes. Also can use uber. The only drawback, no restaurant open if u arrive at noon, a lot of restaurant close to prepare for Shilin Night Market. Many shops opens during evening. Can go either Family mart & 7 Eleven to get snack. Charging socket available for UK 3 pin plugs & local plugs. Overall pleasant and enjoyable experience. RECOMMENDED!😄

Close to Jiantian R15 staition and Shilin market. Safe area. We are not afraid to walk at night. Hot water shower and complimentary bottle of water made our stay more comfortable.

there is no elevator and fridges The location of the hotel is quite far away from the mrt and it’s quite inconvenient for who want to take the public transportation for the whole trip in Taiwan

good surrounding amenities. Carrefour 24 hour market is just beside it. walking distance to shilin night market and mrt jiantan station. Friendly owner who gave a lot of travel advise and very helpful.

No breakfast provided, but the shops are very near and convenient to get a variety of breakfast choices. A good location to walk to night market. MRT station is within walking distance. Thank you.

I would like to suggest for Room 212 (3 adults) to install a wall lamp at the luggage platform area. A bit too dark .

Simple, cozy hotel rooms, quiet and safe neighborhood. My room faces to the opposite park. The lady (housekeeper) is really nice and friendly. Location: around 15 minute walk from Shilin night market and Jiantan MRT station, you will cross some restaurants, 7/11, Family Mart and a lovey park.

No lift but you can bring your own luggage if not too heavy.
