right opposite the MTR which was super convenient, and walkable to shilin night market bathroom was very spacious despite the room itself being small kitchen pantry downstairs had coffee/tea as well as bread for breakfast which was nice and a nice area to hang out, outside of the room washing machine/dryer was very convenient

room was slightly small (even though this was already bigger than other hotel rooms in taipei), but it was difficult to have luggages open and being able to walk around the room at the same time

Essentially a stone throw from Jiantan Metro Station (in Taipei), and 10 minutes walk to Shilin Night Market. There are many local eateries, convenient stores (7-11, Watsons etc.) in the vicinity. There’s a pantry which has bread and fruits for breakfast from 7am onwards (first come first serve basis, they are replenished and still available after 9am) at no additional cost. Coffee and tea, hot water and ice maker are available 24/7. There is washing machine in rooms with balcony and two common washing machines and dryers beside the pantry. Receptionists are polite and helpful; housekeeping are thoughtful.

Space is abit tight especially when we need to open up our luggage. A little dusty on the top shelves in the room’s wardrobe. Consider installing outdoor balcony blinds when property decides to refresh to allow guest(s) to have more privacy. Consider providing foldable chairs and tables for balcony.

Fantastic location, I liked the fruits and coffee provided in the lounge area. Everything was great except the shower area. The tiles on the ground felt loose, I think water is trapped under the tiles. Looks like there’s some mold on the ceiling of the shower entrance. Enjoyed our stay very much overall!

They do not have breakfast facilities because it's a small boutique hotel but they have a little nice pantry where they provide free flow of good quality coffee, buns, bread with cheese and butters and fruits. It was very nice of them to be so thoughtful and it was adequate for our morning perk ups. Love it. Of course, we picked this hotel because it provides a washing machine in the room!!! and we needed it, settled our weeks of dirty linens. Thank you.

The room was a little too small, some difficulties in maneuvering, facing road and walkways.

The location was very excellent. We had access to public transport to almost every place we wanted to go in this part of Taipei. There were convenient stores and eateries near the hotel. We will definitely come again to patronise this hotel. Thank you for making our stayso wonderful and memorable! :)

Actually we did not have any dislikes. There is really nothing much to improve.

We loved the loft. It had two full baths and a bedroom upstairs and a futon downstairs. It was across the street from the MRT and between 2 night markets. Both within walking distance. Oh, and the heated toilet seats were a pleasure I had never experienced. 🙂

No chairs in the smoking area.

Wonderful hotel. Super comfy bed. Very hot and powerful shower. Kettle and fridge in room. Free continental breakfast with croissants, bread, cheese and fruit. Plus 24hr fresh coffee and tea, cold water and ice. Shower gel smells amazing. Directly opposite the metro and a few mins walk from Shilin night market. Friendly and helpful staff.

Take ear plugs as you can hear the noise from other rooms especially doorsteps from upstairs.

Great location. Right at the Jiantan MRT station. 5 minutes walk to the famous shilin night market. Easy access by MRT to tourist attractions. Very clean room. Great receptionists who are all very polite and helpful. Nice cafeteria with free coffee and fruits. Washing machines and dryer. All the necessities for travellers are there!

Room is a bit small for two persons, although the toilet and shower room is big.

Location across from metro was great and room was comfortable, but small, BUT BIG BONUS washer+dryer was great. We knew breakfast was limited but it was a bit too limited. Maybe some sliced cheese or meat and boiled egg would be nice. BEING ABLE TO WALK 2 blocks TO SOME MICHELIN RATED FOOD at the NEARBY SHILIN MARKET WAS OUTSTANDING!

Breakfast too limited. Otherwise no hesitation to stay again.

Great location next to MRT, friendly and helpful staff (I didn’t catch his name, but the man on shift at 9.15pm on 5th Feb even hailed a taxi for us in the rain when they couldn’t get a hold of one on the phone due to the busy season), clean and modern room/bathroom.

Shower was flooding and we thought it was a blocked drain; we eventually figured out the drain cap was installed upside down and switched it ourselves. Not a huge issue but was the only downside to our stay, other than this it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend!
