Very clean & simple interior! Really enjoyed my stay, definitely recommended!

It would be great if the laundry room is installed with air conditioning or fan for proper ventilation. Lights are switched off after 12am. But surprisingly when we went to do laundry after 12am, there were many guests that are also doing their laundry at that hour. Will be good to install sensor lights if the intention is to save electricity after midnight.

small room, little bit far from the downtown area, no bathtub (since the room is small), had to walk for 10-15 mins from the bus stop and subway

Counter service is extremely helpful. The room was cleared and comfortable.

counter service is extremely helpful. But not the service staff, especially their female staff, is very annoying and not observer that ppl is having the meeting. She still went ahead to dragging the level 2 chairs and made so much noise. Despite this, i reminded her to be gentle and lower the noise. She ignored me. Room 1610 bedroom bed light position is very strange. How do we avoid not hitting our heads when we sleep ?

Clean room and friendly staff.

I stayed in a 3-person room. The room has an open sink which is next to bed. The open sink design makes the room appears to be bigger but it is bad for multiple person room since when one person is using the sink it would bother other people who are sleeping or resting since the since is literally next to the beds.

💰Economy - For the price point, it was worth the stay. 📍Location - The hotel is close to bus stops and MRT stations so accessibility is not going to be an issue. Even though the hotel is slightly outside city-centre, its barely an MRT rider away. Moreover, at night you are very close to very popular Shilin Night Market. 🎛Technology - WiFi connection was amazing. Better than many 5 star hotels. There were limited channels available to watch on TV. 🧹Cleanliness - We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and every single day when we entered our room, it looked clean and fresh. 🛏 Room - Sound insulation was really good. Moreover, the thick curtains allowed us to sleep in till late in the morning.

🛏 Room - Room size was slightly disappointing. It felt smaller than what it seemed to be in photos.

Clean, new hotel with large rooms and helpful staff (professional, speak English well); very good internet. It is a short walk from the famous Shilin Night Market and the Shilin MRT stop. Noticeably less urban that central Taipei (more greenery, views of the mountains). Short MRT ride into Taipei; short bus ride to the National Palace Museum.

Huge shower but no bath.

room space, cleanliness and location which was convenient to navigate around and train station was a short walk away, staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

elevators could be better improved as there were only 2 elevators servicing 18 floors of guest, the issue comes during peak hours like checking out/in time where there will be a long queue of guests waiting to use the elevator, room sockets electricity flow sometimes have intermittent disconnections during usage, but overall is still manageable, hopefully the issue is only with the socket in the room i was staying.

The location is minutes walk to the Shilin Night market. the facilities were clean and beds were very comfortable. There is laundry facilities on R floor which was very convenient since we had a lot of wet clothes from the pool at the previous stay. Staff were attentive and spoke English very well and ready to help out. The spa was very clean and modern, so worth the visit and $200 NT fee.

the metro is a bit far from the property. It was a 15 minute walk and can be troublesome if the weather is really hot.
