The hotel is small with a great location on just 2 minutes from metrostation. Rooms are nice and pretty clean. Staff at the reception desk is nice and ready to help.

The bathroom is nice and clean, but the shower is ridiculous. The shower in the bathtub for starters is wrong, but only hand shower with nowhere to lock it to shower is simply ridiculous. The biggest problem was the lack of wardrobes, hangers, or even hooks. When you stay in 5 nights is very troublesome. If you are noise sensitive, it is not your place. You can easily hear walking people upstairs and cars outside /on closed windows/. The housekeeping tidied our room and changed the towels every day, but I don't think they vacuumed throughout. After cutting out single use consummatives, I think the hotel should adopt a "towel on the floor" policy.

The location is great. It is in a small quiet square but within minutes of an MRT station and bus routes. The hotel itself is also nice with a spacious room, friendly staff and nice decor.

The only slight downsides were the lack of breakfast, though there is cafe on the square, and shops nearby so not a big issue. The other slight downside was the lack of a wardrobe in the room. There were some drawers, two coathangers and hooks which was adequate for a two night stay but had I been staying longer I would have wanted to hang my clothes up properly.

We wanted to stay in this area. My nephew lives nearby. It is out of the city centre but close in, in a wonderful area to explore. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Good for birding, cycling and walking. Zhishin station is 1 minute walk. The red line is perhaps the best MRT line in the city. The hotel was nice, the staff excellent and the location exactly what we wanted. Great place, great area! We stayed 12 days at the beginning and end of our trip.

Location was very near to the MRT station. Walking over takes around 3-5 mins. The nearest route will take you pass a 711 so its very easy to grab something to eat and drink. The area is mainly a residential area so not too many tourists. Food there is catered to locals so you see a mixture of local and overseas cuisine there. The 8th floor is a resting area. There is free flow coffee provided by the hotel. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to help me.

The lift is tiny and the door closes really fast so be careful when moving luggage in and out. The aircon is on the noisier side so some people might want to lower the fan to sleep. The entrance is not really handicapped friendly so it might be a consideration.

The location is a short 3-minute walk from the red MRT line. No breakfast was available at the hotel, but there were plenty of nearby options. Free coffee in the lobby and water dispensers on the 1st and 7th floors. There was a hot water kettle in the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot!

It is in a very convenient location. The nearest MRT station is Zhishan on the Red Line which is about 2 minutes walk. There are lots of restuarants and food stalls nearby. A large Carrefour supermarket and Sogo Department Store is about five minutes away. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My room is in good size, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and bathtub is big. They provide free coffee at the reception desk. It takes about 15 minutes to travel to the Taipei Main Station where you can change to other MRT lines, Taiwan Railway lines, the Airport Lines and the High Speed Rail. At the time I write this review, I have booked my last night before flying out of Taiwan.

There is no shower screen at the bathtub, so if it is very difficult to have shower without splashing the water out onto the bathroom floor.

Excellent location, close to a subway station; helpful and courteous reception staff (despite limited English); clean and spacious rooms; free coffee and tea daily. Very good choice for a Taipei visit!

Very limited dining options in the neighborhood, no breakfast or meal service at the hotel, check-in at 3 pm only.

Most of the place are clean and tidy. Room service everyday. The stuffs are very nice. Bath tub bright the place and the big space makes the room so comfy.

Only very little spot weren’t that clean and some spot shows the age of the place. Coffee pots didn’t refill every day but you can go to the counter for fresh cook one instead. Can here the noise from the hall when you are in the room. There isn’t any charge port near the desk if you need to use lap top or anything need to be charge.

Very convenience to take public transport. Service crews are amazing. The hotel and the room seems nice and tidy. Wifi signal is strong and smooth. There's unlimited coffee and biscuits supply from the hotel. It's cool for a coffee freak. Thank you.

The bathtub got some scratches but it doesn't affect the purpose. The TV not able to change the channel.

Great location for my stay, near to mrt, and very comfortable. Staff also very helpful.

The design of the shower over the bathtub is ill thought out, making it near impossible not to flood the floor, which is a nuisance as well as a safety issue.
