I liked the service staff. They had a lot of initiative and were very polite to all guests. The hotel also has a laundry room which guests could use any time of the day and they have an efficient labeling system to ensure guests are accountable for their own laundry. There are plenty of eateries as well as convenience stores around the area, making it very easy to find food.

I booked a twin bedder as I was visiting with my son. It was quite shocking to see that there was no door at the entrance to the bathroom. For guests who are couples I think that should be no issue but it would be quite embarrassing if the guests were just friends sharing a room. In my case, my son was a grown up so we had to coordinate on who uses the bathroom at what time, to respect each other’s privacy.

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and paid close attention to the little things, which made a difference. The rooms were clean, with big, comfy beds and smooth sheets that made sleeping easy. I also liked the free snacks available at reception—nice touch. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good selection. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

The steep ramp leading up to the hotel can make transporting heavy luggage challenging. Fortunately, there is an accessible elevator available, which greatly eases the process of moving luggage up and down. Also, the carpet inside makes it difficult to wheel the luggage around.

the hotel is excellent, spacious room, good bathroom, and a lot of wardrobe in a walking closet. Your language definitely have a place to put. Their dining room is free to be used and a lot of free snacks for the guests, this is the best part.

The place is too far from city center or mrt station. It's expensive to get here by taxi, but I dont have any choice since I bring elderly. The breakfast is not good, and not enough selection

Room is cozy and comfortable, the bathroom spacious. Breakfast was good. Lots of treats in the lobby, and coffee is available at the dining area.

Hotel didn’t pay attention to the fact that we have a child and didn’t inform us at check in about additional charges. A shift manager helped us with our issue as the other staff members had a hard time understanding. The dining area got busy with the hotel fully booked, not enough space to accommodate all guests.

I have been coming back to stay here many times, and always greeted by friendly staffs( Joanne, Tony, Lester, Zac, kitchen staff, cleaning staff on the 6th Fl), location is perfect, its right off the main road where you can buses to go to downtown, also there is a stream and parks close by which you can take morning or evening strolls, a lot of great local restaurants, but they also offer free great local/salads breakfast buffet selections. they also offer washers and dryers which is perfect for long stay.

Everything went very smoothly from check in to check out! I was able to do laundry and that was super helpful. The location was ideal and easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and the food good.

The breakfast foods weren't super "kid friendly" for expats but did have some choices.

I like that the place is quiet. I like also the food they serve during breakfast. Each day, they have different set of menu which is very nice. Also their rooms are clean and also have natural lighting. Their staff are very helpful especially when we asked about the transportation. They're also friendly and polite. They greeted us everytime they see us and they speak good English too. They also have good amenities in each room. There are restaurants and cafes near the hotel and also good places/attractions to visit.

Very friendly staff who upgraded my room for free, breakfast was good, very clean, really nice, modern sleek room with beautiful floors and glass, all the lights can be turned on and off from your bed, bed was comfy and just overall a great expreience!

Walls are pretty thin and you can hear people pretty well.

Very clean, love the electric toilet. Nice neighborhood. Quality breakfast (but not vegetarian friendly). Great to have laundry service for free.

Too pricy for the small room size. Hard to squeeze two pieces of luggage. Very inconvenient location from MRT.
