The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage and counter space to unpack and get comfortable (including nightstands with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). Bathroom facilities were also fantastic including great lighting and a bidet toilet. We were able to store our bicycles in the room without any issues. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Bonus was also having access to a coin-operated washer and dryer with detergent provided.

The rooms are not soundproof. We were aware of this already from previous reviews, and I was a little concerned as a light sleeper. Thankfully, it's on a fairly quiet street. We could hear people arriving to their room across the hall but no sounds once they were in their room.

The hotel was clean and modern. It was near a main metro line, which helps a lot moving around.

I liked the cleanliness of this hotel and most especially enjoyed the toilet as it has the Japanese-style toilet with the bidet and heated seats. I also liked the heater function inside the shower. We also liked the connecting rooms as we traveled as a group!

We had to manually request for our room to be cleaned.

Room is very clean and gives off a very cozy vibe. The toilet is extremely clean too with heater so we don't feel cold taking a shower in the morning. Location is great too as Shilin night market is just within walking distance.

The first receptionist that checked us in the first night was super friendly. But the other receptionists that we met throughout our stay there seemed unwelcoming.

Staff were friendly but I wish they were a bit more attentive to the parking situation. It was raining and no one open the parking gate for me, had to run to reception to get their attention. Also when leaving, they didn’t open the gate enough and I had to use my horn to get their attention, it’s in a residential area and I didn’t really want to disturb others by doing that.

It was very clean and the location is very strategic. But just the price is pricey abit if you book on the spot. So remember to book it earlier if you planned to come over Taipei for trip

The room is clean. Bed with firm comfy mattress. Toilet equipped with seat warmer and bidet, and electronic advanced warmer & ventilation adjustment system. Very convenient to Shi Lin market and the MRT station, it’s beyond our expectation
