I came back to my room on the second day to find my room door completely open. No one was around who was cleaning it, it was just open. I was very worried that my personal belongings were left out and possibly stolen, but thankfully I don't think anything was missing. This situation has never happened to me before and I didn't feel that was good security at all! I'm glad I had all my important documents and items with me during the day or else who knows??! Because of this I probably will not book again because that didn't let me feel safe. Everything else was good though.

It was a small room, but the space is exceptionally well designed, with a place under the bed to stow cases etc- there was even a small bath tub! Very comfortable room with a great bed. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with all kinds of excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. They helped keep our bicycles safe in a back room. An excellent option for the price.

I liked the breakfast, and there were a range of options but my partner didn't like the options as much. I would've preferred to see the names of the foods (I can use Google to check Chinese labels) and whether they were vegetarian.

Convenient and quiet location, a local nearby night market, beautiful temple, close to multiple bus stops and there’s a small convenient store next to it. Breakfast tasted great albeit limited choices. Clean room and strong air conditioning.

The room was a little too compact, will only be good for a single occupant. The bath room is slightly elevated and the raised door panel caught my toes a number of times. The TV was loud even at the most minimal level of volume, prolly the small room amplified the sound.

The location was perfect for us as we were involved in a teraining at Taipei American School which is just a couple of blocks away. The room was certainly adequate for our short stay.

The bed was as hard as a rock. There was absolutely no give in the bed at all. I would love to have juice available at breakfast. If you didn't drink coffee, there was nothing for you to drink at breakfast.

The location was great to be near TAS. Breakfast was delicious. Good coffee and variety-- both asian and western. The beds and bedding were fantastic. The room was tiny, but VERY clean.

People complain about the size of the rooms. They are VERY VERY tiny, but under the bed is space for storage of some luggage and shoes. The ventilation of the shower was great, so it did not feel as small as it was.

New and clean property in the affluent Tienmu neighborhood.. Good service level. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but have a high cleanliness standard. Tienmu is a nice area with plenty of good restaurants and shopping.

Guests must notice that Tienmu area, though upmarket, is not connected to the Greater Taipei metro network. Therefore the only method of public transport to reach the hotel is the bus. Nearest bus stop is within a few minutes walk.

Rooms are compact but well designed, everything needed was there and in the right place. Very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. There's a little AI chatbot/alarm clock which is cool. I would stay again.

It's about 30 minutes from the centre by taxi. The local area is quite nice though, and Ubers can be called up in a few minutes.

Very modern in a good more relaxed neighbourhood, close to betiou district. I loved the lights in the showrt and Japanese toilet. Breakfast was really nice with a good variety. The alarm clock was also a speaker. Friendly staff.

Twin room was small but modern so it wasn't an issue for a night or 2.

Locates nearby Beitou Hotspring. This hotel has full of facilities and modern control panel. Staff is very careful and helpful, they gave us very detail information. Shopping mall, all good traditional recipes are nearby.

Very clean and quiet, located in a good area to go into town or go hiking in the Yang Ming Shan. Convenient store next to entrance, many nice restaurants near by.

Next MRT station is in 3 km walking distance. Bus takes long because of traffic.
