The location was fantastic—everything we needed was within walking distance, including 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, the train station, bus stops, restaurants, a laundromat, and Poya (this shop has EVERYTHING you could ever need). Despite its convenience and proximity to a main road, the hotel was incredibly quiet inside. The rooms were well soundproofed; we rarely heard any noise from other guests, and when we did, it was never loud enough to disturb us. The cleaning services exceeded our expectations, especially considering the low price. Each day, the cleaning staff replaced all our towels, cleared the trash, and provided new slippers, toothbrush packs, and bottled water. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and everything was generally very clean. The hotel also offers complimentary luggage storage for less than 24 hours, which is extremely convenient after check-out.

The hotel had two washing machines available for use, but unfortunately, both were moldy. After using them, our clothes ended up covered in black gunk. Fortunately, there was a laundromat just a 2-minute walk away, so it wasn't a major issue. We didn't use the hotel's dryer, but another guest said that it overheated, and she had to restart it every 20 minutes.

Good location. Laundry with a dryer for free. Overall cleanliness. Helpful staff.

The breakfast was just a coupon to a cafe. The cafe itself is nice, but doesn't have many options apart from toasts.

i booked the classic quadruple room since there’s 4 of us on the trip and it’s huge enough for us and our big luggages. it’s pretty close to the station and the staff are super friendly and accommodating (a bit of a language barrier but never an issue). they changed our towels and provided new slippers and bottles of water every day which was really nice

the laundry machine/dryer wasn’t working properly so my friends had to hang some of their clothes inside our room. also i wish they would honor the things we discussed thru messages before our stay (i had to make 2 separate bookings to extend our stay) but i guess with the language barrier it couldn’t be helped. didn’t really affect our stay nonetheless we still had a great time

The hotel was really close to the MRT, which has a bit of a plaza going on. Its general location, despite being in a residential district, was a lot of fun to explore. Down a nearby street, you can see a Christian cross near a huge, golden Buddha--that felt new to my eyes. I also loved how the room I got was really spacious.

The heater was broken--its heat fluctuated every ~12 seconds. Remember this in case you get the same room I did lol. I couldn't microwave my food unless the living room was open...

I like that it is very accessible, trains and buses at walking distance. Washing machine is good, just that dryer might be down here and there. The toilet is super spacious! And for females, they added this feature where u have to key in a password to enter so you feel safe, you will also hear it when someone enters. I think the number of female users are not that high during my time of stay, I felt like I had that big toilet with about 10 cubicles to myself. There were also tidying and cleaning services every day!

The only issue is the size of the room. It was a little smaller than I expected. With a 25 inch luggage, I could barely walk after opening it up. If ur luggage is more than 25 inch, I do not recommend this room, you wouldn't be able to open ur luggage on the floor.

Very good installations, new place, very clean. The breakfast voucher was a good surprise: they hand us a mcdonalds or local cafe voucher with a full meal deal (coffee + sandwich + extra)z

It is not that easy to get from the airport and not near the touristic places, but near several ways of transportation. The room was the expected: very small with not much space to open suitcases.

Lovely modern room. Exceptional japanese toilet in the bathroom. Very good room for the price

Poor noise insulation. The water in the shower had a mind of its own. Seems like there was a problem with pressure. It was warm but every 10 seconds the water would become super hot for a few moments (probably about 60-70 degrees). Can't tell if other rooms have the same problem, we didn't change our as it wasn't that big of a deal.

It was spacious. It had the couple of local and 3pin plug head. Don’t need to worry of charging appliances. Although It was at Taipei outskirts but it so near to Taipei Metro. Very convenient. Will go back again.

I had nothing to feedback on their or my dislike. It I have to pick one that will be the water shower heater. If you turn on the hot side it will be very hot but if you turn a quarter to hot turn. It will become cold again but this is just a little dislike if I had to pick.

Even tho this location is right next to 徐汇square, a plaza with many stores and restaurants that filled with traffic, the hotel room is very quiet due to its excellent sound proofing feature. The hotel is near by a metro station and many restaurants that are walking distance. The staff was very nice. They let us store our luggage for one day when we visited near by city, and called a taxi for us when we departed. Highly recommended! I’ll come back the next time I’m in town.

It was a comfortable place for a family. Good value for money since it is clean and very near to the good places. At the heart of Hanoi old quarter. There was problem with our water supply 2 times but they were so easy to contact and sent their staff to fix the problem ASAP. Also the terms of payment was so convenient. Thank you for a comfortable stay and being so welcoming to us.
