Good location in downtown Taitung and you have the night market right outside the door. There was a bit of a language barrier with the staff but it wasn't an issue. Staff helpful in arranging taxis and bike rental. Rooms comfy, good size and my room had a good view over the city and the sea.
The room decoration was a little bit dark and starting to look a bit dated. For some it might feel a bit impersonal and lacking local style.

Nice location and facilities. Quite sufficient varieties for the breakfast, the staffs in the restaurant were hospitable and friendly.
Less flexibility and patience… Certain staff was irritable somehow, hopefully it wouldn’t affect other staffs or customers. Being a hotel with such a price, the service could be better.

Location is ideal, right to the night market, and they provide free bicycles to explore the neighbourhoods.
Evening buffet was very crowded and we were not allowed to enter the first day, even as a resident of the hotel (it’s open to anyone).

Huge bed, sauna, gym, incredible breakfast. Beautiful building, with different bars, cozy ambiance. Incredible experience. Parking just next to it (if not on night market's days)

Excellent facilities for children, central location, lots of restaurant choices nearby. Clean room, good breakfast.
Front door blocked by the night market. Although free parking is provided, but the parking space is at nearby open parking area, not enjoy taking luggages through crowded people.

The location is great. Night market right out front. Short walk to the pretty Railway Art Village and night market.
The advertised pool times don’t match the actual opening times. Last entry is 4pm. And you check in at 4pm.
