Large modern room with city views, nice bathroom, convenient location, within short walk to the Wave house, music village, night market. Food at the breakfast buffet is clearly labelled, which is a great help for plant based travellers.

The infinity pool is not quite…infinite, it’s rather small and always packed. Besides, it’s only open from 8 to 11.30 am and then 15.30 onwards.

The best duvet I have slept in in my entire life! It was so soft, comfortable and fresh. The space of the room is huge and I love that the TV console desk stretches across the room so there’s enough space to place your loose items or even small luggage bags. The hotel staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. Location is excellent too. The Family Mart and night bazaar (whose fairy lights light-up beautifully at night) is within 2 minutes walk; the night market and a nearby mall is about 10 minutes walk. Overall, a complete 10/10.

The location was perfect so everything we did was walking distance away. Hotel pool was great on the roof top but it was closed when typhoon was approaching which was understandable. Bike rental was available so it's a great opportunity to explore this bike friendly city! The hotel staff came promptly when we had a device in the bathroom that needed its battery exchanged. Amenities and water bottles were filled everyday. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered more than enough variety of food. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We really liked the roof top pool for chilling out after a long day out in the bustling city. We had views of the city, mountains and a nearby temple. Close by there were many restaurants, especially the Hot Pot one next to the outdoor car park was delicious. The night market and the music village were also just a couple of minutes walking. The rooms were modern and nicely decorated.

We stayed 7 nights while visiting family. The ambiance of the hotel was perfect. The staff were awesome and it smelled lovely, like a spa. The rooms were big, bedding and pillows amazing quality, and we especially loved the bath robes to wear. We used the bikes a lot, and Taitung has lots of bike paths. We did not eat at the hotel.

The room, breakfast, location and the front desk staff were all helpful and friendly. I love that they offered to used their bicycles for free to all the customers for an hour. The hotel is brand new and modern, close to the bus station, restaurants and Sunday markets.

Very nice place very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very comfortable.

As a single traveler, meal choices were unavailable due to restaurant closures or needing reservations. Also the bar never opened so I had to go down to the Sheraton for a drink.

Very well appointed hotel, with excellent lounge facilities and a good breakfast. Bedroom was comfortable & staff very helpful. Gorgeous roof-top swimming pool with amazing views. Excellent restaurant 50m away.

Taitung itself is not particularly interesting.

Room was clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Had a small balcony offering a mountain view.

Breakfast was the only downside here. Not so good.
