offers a spacious room, 2 double beds, with ample space to move around, well heated room for the cold, a very comfy sleep. the toiletries & amenties w inroom onsen are very complete & segregated. comes w free entry to indoor swim pool, gym, public onsen. our teenager girl love the cat cafe. I like the succulents. we have the options to order ubereat or food panda, or dine at the inhouse restaurants.
some parts are worn out as it’s a 20 yrs establishment but this is indicative from the pricing

The nearby spa was nice. kids loved to swim in the big swimming pool. breakfast was not bad. there are some fun things for kids to do like the Nerf guns and a play room. good for rainy weather.
the furniture in the room was a bit old and very squeaky closet doors. it was hard to find dinner nearby. we had to drive to the downtown area to find food after 6:00pm.

Plenty of facilities for children to play, DIY, and activities. The room (we had a family room) was very spacious. We loved the huge bathtub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I called them to tell them that there was no toilet paper on our arrival, they provided it in a few minutes.
We had a small kitchen in the room with a cooker, but... no pot, no frying pen ... no cutlery, nothing to cook! And one of the teacups was dirty. So, if you need to warm up your food, or to drink wine, better bring the kitchen utensils with you (there are some plates and 3 small teacups). The rooms would need a designer to upgrade their style a bit.
