The room, although small, was clean and modern. The shower was great, nice and hot, and had good quality shampoo & conditioner. The bed was very comfortable with a nice duvet and pillows. We liked the included buffet breakfast, which had a good selection. The women at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful with directions, suggestions, and even sorting my coins. On our last day, we were able to store our luggage after checkout time, which we appreciated, and when we returned for it, they called a taxi to the airport for us.

We found the room on the cool side, and finally figured out how to turn off the fan. But we should have asked for assistance, so I am not faulting the hotel.

We really enjoyed the view, the soft bed and the shower room. I enjoyed the eco-friendly policy, even though we only stayed one night. We were happy that the shampoo/conditioner and body soap were in large reusable bottles. The tea and coffee service was also well appreciated. Also the breakfast room and the breakfast itself was over the top. We had help arranging a taxi and were able to pay by either cash or card.

As for location, we really enjoyed the park nearby and the close location yo several restaurants and shopping. It's a little far from the station, but we found directions easily.

Less then 10 minutes from the train station, clean, quiet, nice hotel with free laundry facilities on top floor and free snacks (noodles, cookies, crackers) and drinks (coffee, tea, juice etc) from 3pm on. This was a great 1 night before an early morning flight out of TPE and the hotel arranged a car service as well.

Nothing; the hotel was a great 1 night stay. I think I probably paid more for the airport transfer than getting a taxi but easier to have the hotel book it and it was a quick ride in a nice clean car

Staff was great and very helpful when we had questions. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff in the dining area were very attentive and remembered my face and room number after the initial visit.

Street noise was a little high at times, but not really bothersome. Front entrance was a little difficult to find until we were accustomed to the area.

The breakfast was fair. Though the choice is not too many, but it covers the basic foods of western style and Chinese style. They are good enough for us and cannot complain. The hotel is located away from the main street which makes it quiet than those on the main streets. About 10 minutes away from the night market where you can find a lot local food stalls.

Very friendly staff and attaches great importance to cleanliness. Snack bar recommended for a coffee in between. Feeless cleaning of the laundry is not self-evident these days. Very good TV entertainment program. I can only highly recommend the hotel.

Free breakfast was from 6:30-11am. Late night snacks 3-11pm. Free self serve laundry facilities with free detergents. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean with free toiletries. Staff was nice and helpful. They made our stay wonderful!

The service is exceptional— free coffee and snacks, free laundry, stylish dining area. Very helpful staff. The room design is compact and modern.

The location is a little bit off the center but it makes up with the excellent service.

Great breakfast and over the day you can have coffee and snacks in the breakfast area. Nice Japanese restaurant around the corner, No.No.77-4, Kangle Rd, Zhongli District.

Everything was good, exceeded my expectations. Pretty good range of breakfast variety and the whole place cleanliness is up to expectations.

Maybe the room space can be bigger.
