The rooms were v spacious. While the hotel might be a tad bit dated, we were surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Like that there is laundry available. Hotel breakfast was alright. Location is great because it is right next to the mrt station. Getting to it from the airport was a breeze and going around taoyuan was also easy with the mrt.

The service at the counter was not too consistent. We met really helpful and friendly guest service officers but we also experienced a couple who were not too friendly and approachable. Nonetheless, they were all still professional.

Great location, right next to the metro from the airport and also close to train station and bus stops to go various places. Room was a little dated but spacious and comfortable, love that the basin counter is long and wide. Hotel and rooms are on high floor with a good view of the city. Generally clean, but can't be sure with carpet floor. There was water dispenser on every floor, extremely convenient to get both cold and hot water.

Breakfast selection was alright, can be better. Staff was very strict with check out timing, didn't allow for 1hr extension.

The hotel is located right next to the high speed rail, 15 min walk from zhongli metro, close to some great food places and massage places. The hotel room is huge, probably too big for just a couple, there was a study, slippers and an extensive breakfast from 6am super convenient for flights to the airport. Would be great if they supplied 2 pillows but that's just preference.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower curtain and the water leaks everywhere on the floor.

This hotel is situated on top of a block of flats and you need to go into the lobby via a separate lift which takes you straight to floor 24. The staff were very helpful to us when we were slightly jet lagged and tired from a flight from heathrow. The room was massive. And included an office. The view from the window was second to none (being on the 27th floor will always have a good view). A major bonus for me, was that there was an extra pillow in the wardrobe which was slightly firmer than the 1 on the bed. I like having the choice. It was very close to the metro station (Laojie River) which was handy coming from the airport. The night market (Zhongli) was close by (10 minute walk) and very friendly to people unfamiliar with night market style food/behaviour. Breakfast: mix of asian and european breakfast

The hotel is just a few steps from the train direct from the airport or Taipei. The Night Market is also just a few minutes walk away. It's a very safe and clean location. We enjoyed Pizza Factory just a few minutes walk away. We used Uber to go anyplace else that we couldn't easily reach by train. The hotel staff was friendly and English was easy. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Jungli.

location is excellent!! literally walk less than 30 steps from Station A22 Exit 1. There is a 7/11 less than 2 minutes walk. Tony, the front desk staff is very helpful. It was under typhoon and he helped us carry 1 of our luggage to the MTR station just that my husband can free up one hand to hold the umbrella. Breakfast was very nice with lots of varieties

The amenities is very basic.

The hotel is on the top floors of the tallest building in Zhongli which is quite impressive. I really enjoyed looking out at the night view. Even though the building is about 30 years old, the hotel was renovated in 2015 and it feels quite fresh with nice decor and furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaners who would greet me. It's also very convenient being next to the Laojie metro station. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff, good location in a lively neighborhood next to a MRT station, nice room at 26th floor with a great view over Zhongli/Taoyuan

Carpeted floor in my room looked a bit worn down, but overall the furniture in the sleeping room and the bathroom were well maintained.

Next to MRT station and poya, 7/11. A lot of food stall at night. The room also very big. They have laundry that we can wash our clothes. The stuff also very friendly n the price is quite good. Also, their breakfast a lot of choices.

The bed is not really comfortable n little bit old hotel but its ok though n still nice hotel.

The staff were friendly very friendly. The hotel is in a decent location, and is very easy to reach from Taoyuan Airport as it's right next to the Airport MRT line. Breakfast was superb with a good mix of eastern and western choices available. The night views over Zhongli were amazing as well.

The decor is a bit dated and the matress was a little bit firm for my liking, but overall these are only minor issues.
