I really love the hospitality service of the staff on duty, the cleanliness of the hotel room and what I love the most is the view of the room window that faces directly with the beautiful sunrise and sunset city view for me. Another thing that I love is the delicious and varied breakfast menu that is safe to eat by a Muslim like me because the hotel provides a vegetarian menu. This is very extraordinary. It would be great if hotels in Taiwan have Halal or Muslim friendly hotel certification to provide a sense of security and comfort for Muslim guests who want to stay at the hotel. Thank you so much

My second time staying here. Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is spacious, clean and has all amenities. Location close to MRT. It's the perfect hotel when having a flight out of taoyuan airport. Breakfast is amazing.

AC temperature can not be regulated. Even on low temperature it might be cold for some people. It was fine for me but very cold to my partner.

Very near to train station from airport. Good for transit passengers. Good if you ride their local rental bicycle, can go to night market, cycling along the river bank bicycle track is enjoying.

Old fashioned hotel of the 80s style.

Enjoyed the big and spacious room. Very clean room. The location is about 10 mins walk to the night market and river. Hotel staff helped us to get an airport transfer cab for a fix rate of NTD 700.

A bit dated in terms of the electrical, as all switches are managed by the bedside. Room came with free breakfast, however the spread of the breakfast and the freshness of the food was very disappointing.

Location is about 40min away from the Taoyuan airport. I mis-book the place and thought it's within 4 miles. Fortunately,the distance and the traffic did not impact my trip
