The AC wind is too noisy

the location is good. nearby to train station and there are 2 convenience stores nearby, so no worry if you find some snacks, just go around the hotel.

since i couldn't read mandarin, i'm kinda lost when arrived in the hotel. i ask the people there, it was on 7th floor, but unfortunately, the hotel was on 5th floor.

the staff is very accomodating,and they really speak english😊

the electric just suddenly cut off for like 30 sec,i dont know why,it happened twice,and the hair blower,i was using for like 1 minute,and then suddenly its not working,and then after 30 mins i went back to the bathroom,now its working,its just so creepy.

Location of the hotel is very good .no disturbance and the price is quite cheep .

Room is very small .little bigger would have been better

It was one of the cheapest accommodations near Taoyuan airport and HSR station so I decided to stay here. The hotel's facilities are ok and the bed was pretty comfortable. The location is pretty good as you only need to take one MRT line to reach the HSR station and airport. You can also take the Taiwan railways to go to Taoyuan city and Taipei.

One thing that bothered me was the smell of the room, probably coming from the bathroom. It smelled like the polluted rivers in Taiwan and the smell was really disturbing.

There was more space inside the room than I was expecting, which is always nice. The reception desk being on the first floor was a little weird, but it was also super easy to check in and out. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the view from my sixth floor window. I also enjoyed the complementary bottle of green tea from the reception desk, but the black and oolong tea packets inside the room were also refreshing.

The mounted TV was trapped inside of some kind of boxed decoration, which means I wasn't able to plug in my laptop in order to watch YouTube videos. The TV was also broken off of it's mount inside and almost fell out onto the floor. The decorative box thing also had lots of dust inside the lighted depression surrounding it all over. The shower head inside the bathroom felt like cheap plastic and with a lot more force than I expected. Parts of the wallpaper inside the room was chipping off and hadn't been properly cleaned, and I think the room in general wasn't swept completely clean. I've stayed at rooms with this kind of quality and cleanliness for half the price, so I'm not impressed.

Close to the train station if you have motorcycle , 7/11 and family mart also
