Appreciated that Hub hotel upgraded one of our room to a pro-handicapped room as we mentioned that we have a wheelchair for my 85 yrs old mother. Truly appreciated the kind gesture! Breakfast was good!

The hotel pick up arranged by the hotel was inexperienced. They both actually not sure how to go back to their car after picking us from Arrival. My 85 yrs old mother had to walk quite a distant before a airport officer stopped us & tell the drivers to bring us to pick up point while they search for their cars. We had to pay additional TWD200 for pick up signage which is a A4 paper with our names written in marker! Pillow is quite flat. Otherwise everything was good.

Location is superb! It is walkable distant to the train station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel which has many buses to most attractions. Hotel has many amenities such as washers, dryers, snacks and even massage services. Room is warm, cosy and clean too!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Love that it had alot of toiletries, the staff was very helpful

I didn't like the mattress. It was a bit hard to sleep on. Only thing missing was a clothes iron and ironing board.

There was a High step to enter the bathroom and this is not suitable for those with mobility limitations.

The location was near to SOGO shopping mall near ZhongLi. We took bus 1818 from Taipei to the station just outside of the hotel, which was the most convenient option.

The room given to us was without window. Hence, when we enter the room, there's some smell.

I like how the staff accomodate the guest once arrived also I loved all there lounge area, the ambiance was very relaxing and classy. I love everything about the hotel and not to forget they served delicious breakfast with their smiling staff. Definitely will stay again soon.

From check in to check out was a pleasant experience. it was very clean and the design was very modern. The staff were courteous, very helpful, and very easy to communicate with. the amenities were more than complete.

The elevators went straight up to your floor. there was no security cards that activated the specific button to your floor.

I really like their room.Though I just got the room without private bathroom,the shared bathroom was clean,good water heater.The whole hotel seems smell nice,it really smells good during my stay.

I like the convenience of the hotel and the upkeep of the hotel. It is comfortable and cozy and value for money.

Taxi pick-up is by the roadside, so it may be a little dangerous.
