The property is lovely and the set up with the pool and bar is very nice - feels more boutique compared to a lot of other hotels in Tanzania. It was very peaceful and clean. The a la carte lunch was delicious. If you want a more remote location then this hotel is right for you.

What’s not clear on the website is that it’s down a very long dirt track covered in pot holes which takes about 35/40 mins in a taxi. This is fine if you are aware of this before but it was a little unnerving if you arrive in the dark on your own. The rooms are nice and spacious but the towels and vanity packs let it down. The towels are tired and smell of bleach and the vanity packs are basic - simple changes to these elements would make for a more luxury stay that matches the hotel aesthetic and the price you pay.

I enjoyed the peace and quietness at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and I enjoyed the food very much. The rooms are super spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

Since I was traveling for work I would've appreciated a desk in the room. I used the outside chairs and table to work but when it started raining that wasn't the best solution. However the wifi in the room worked very well so I did a lot of work anyway.

There was a bit of confusion as we arrived very late at night and there was no one to check us in but, we we're able to get into our room to sleep thankfully! Although we weren't told about the time for check out we had a beautiful breakfast and we're able to go back to bed. The rooms are beautiful, really big and airy with lovely views. The staff are all friendly and the pool area is lovely too.

The check in process if you arrive late at night and the staff we did meet didn't know much about check out times etc. We we're also almost charged for using the pool for 2 hours the following morning even though we didn't arrive until 1am and weren't able to use any facilities beforehand.

Kili Seasons is the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Although the location is a little remote, it makes for the ideal place away from the hustle and bustle of Arusha! The facilities are outstanding and the staff go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay. A lot of people choose to wind down and relax in Zanzibar post climbing Kilimanjaro, Kili Seasons however, is a perfect alternative. Romana, Godfrey, Queen and Gladys are just some of the amazing staff that made our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at the Kili Seasons 😊

Well, its a nice spot to visit: - Tarangire NP - Arusha NP - Materuni Waterfalls - … You can play golf 5min distance by car (don’t walk). Beds are very comfortable, food is good and service is great! May thanks to Simon & wife for the hospitality and great wine from South Africa 😎

The roads are bumpy, but we are in the middle of Africa

The spaces are new, clean and very well kept, both common areas and bedrooms. Staff were all welcoming and the food was good quality. Very good value for the overall price.

A bit too far from Arusha KJO airport and the road to get there is quite off the beaten track, not ideal for just an overnight stay but better if staying to explore the area.

The property was beautiful and quiet. The service and food were fantastic! The rooms had every amenity we could have ever needed. We had the most relaxing and incredible time at Kili Seasons and will definitely consider this place on our next stay.

Location was a bit off the city center, relaxing. The rooms were spacious and had large windows with great natural light

Disappointed about not having a la carte dinner, only buffet of chicken stew or beef stew. I presume it was due to availability. I really wanted to try their fish. Breakfast was tasty.

The rooms are really beautiful and clean. Generally a beautiful new hotel.The views to Mt Meru are amazing the staff are amazing!

accessibility is via a rough dirt road, abit rough for sedans.breakfast wanting and abit slow on orders.

The service was amazing! We had trouble with our flight itineraries, and Alan and the rest of the staff was super helpful and assisted us in resolving our problems. The hotel is located in a really private area, has comfortable rooms and great views!
