It’s the perfect place to go before starting Safari! We arrived very early after a long flight and Erick the nice receptionist managed to give us a room where we could rest! The staff are what make this place special! Everyone has a big smile on their face and is so polite and genuine. A special shout out to Adam who served us delicious lunch by the pool and David at dinner in the restaurant. We had by far the best paneer curry we’ve ever had. In general the food choice was amazing and great vegetarian options as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we checked out two of the housekeeping staff offered to take our bags on the way down. The level of service was incredible and many other 5 star hotels could learn front hear guys. Great food! So much variety for breakfast which is buffet style. There’s also a buffet every evening and a menu of you wish to choose off there. I loved the pizza! And the chicken curry was amazing. The burger was massive! Very friendly staff who are happy to help. I stayed a few nights over different times as I was climbing Kili and going on safari in between. I had a different room each time and all were great. They got bigger every time. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Slippers and bathrobes provided. I also used the laundry service which was very swift and reasonably priced.

The hotel is situated close to the town within walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a homely feeling about it.

The shower in the bath is not ideal. Not all staff understand English or can speak English properly. Carpets in the foyer had stains that looked like it was not washed in a long while,

A nice hotel in a good location, friendly personnel, very functional for 3 adults. Good value for money.

First we got a room with a faulty AC but luckily we were allowed to change rooms. The second one had the same layout as the first one. Maybe it was a bit more worn out but most importantly the AC worked like a charm. After the long hot day on a safari this was just what we needed to get some rest.

It has basic things you'd find in any 4 star hotel One thing for sure the staff are excellent: Especially Irene Food was excellent

Pretty low standard for a 4 star hotel Pool needs a heating system especially with the climate in Arusha Quite expensive for a low standard 4 star

The breakfast buffet which is included in the price was shockingly good. On par with any upscale American hotel. Incredible selection. Made to order eggs. Real fresh baked goods. Good juices. Three choices of sausage plus bacon. Pool water was as clean and clear like drinking water.

Rooms are exceptionally clean. Good lines and towels plus amenities but bed is a bit too hard and rooms are a bit dated. Overall I’d stay there again no issue.

The property is beautiful - Lovely garden and spacious rooms. The rooms have a classic tasteful style. The breakfast was great, lots of pastries, protein and fruit. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would certainly have extended my stay if I didn’t have to work.

I liked every thing. However may be good to note that the hotel conversion rates are wild, so if you can, make sure to have a strong currency for your bills.

It is an old but charming Colonial-style hotel, well maintained. The room needs to be updated a little. We can not even find the plug near the bed for iPhone. However, the buffet dinner was beyond expectation, and the hotel looked warm and cozy. We walked outside for a while; although there was no pavement, we still loved the local vibe.

Location. Fresh food especially my dry tilapia, cleanliness, fantastic staff attitude, steambath and sauna, completely soundproof, very good phone etiquette from the various departments they answer immediately and attention to every detail

Coach at the gym was staring. Check in process was slow. Seems expensive for what it is.
