Rich Hotel is an excellent place to stay at. Given its location near the hustle and bustle of Arusha town, the facilities far exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional and spoke good English. The hotel has a working lift and the rooms were impeccably clean with both cold and warm water flowing throughout my stay. The beds, mattresses and linen were all great. Apart from the nearby mosque where there is an occasional prayer call over a megaphone, the hotel is generally quiet and peaceful. The manager even helped us with changing our money at the forex. Grace, the lady we found at the reception was super helpful and very professional.

I would have loved to watch some football on my bedroom TV but there was no cable TV during our stay.

Very good location with less than 5 mins walking distance to the main bus station. Staff explained me everything for catching a luxury bus to Moshi. Also they are overall nice to chat with. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is easy with Bolt. There is a small shop literally in front of the hotel for groceries and food stands on the street. Locals in the area are very friendly and don’t bother tourists (unless you go the bus station, where it’s the usual “catch the muzungu” vibe). My room had a view on Mount Meru. Room is clean, spacious and has a big bathroom. Wifi is working fine. There is a decent shower with good water pressure and hot water (it takes approximately 5 mins for the water to turn hot so be patient and don’t bother staff at 5 in the morning like me :’D) There was a power outage in Arusha but the hotel turned on the generator to provide electricity. It’s a nice place to stay if you want to explore Arusha and go on safari. There are beautiful coffee farms in the north of Arusha, which are worth a visit. I went to Baraka coffee farm which I would recommend.

Hotel location is the center of the Arusha town. Near to any place that a tourist need. All basic facilities and amenities also been provided. Any problem,just call and ask to reception, they will manage it soon. Internet is up down but the reception from beginning already tell us the tips to make your internet experience smooth. All hotel staffs also nice , especially Daniel. He even help us to exchange money with best rate.

My room was a room without view. But this is my own fault. When booked the hotel I forgot to request a room with view, which actually the hotel have and can provide.

The hotel is in a busy place next to the market and many shops. It's quite accessible on foot or motorized transport. Their food is great. Its good value for money for a budget hotel. They have a nice solid study desk, which is very useful when travelling for work.

Some rooms are quite dark due to neighboring buildings. I got one such, but the staff were able to change me to a much brighter room which was much better.

Good place to stay in Arusha. Room was clean and staff were super nice! They even let us keep our bags there for the day until we waited for our evening bus. There’s air conditioning too. We chose this place specifically bc it was close to the bus station - 2 minute walk. There’s a restaurant inside so easy option if you’re stuck on where to eat. There’s lots of food stalls outside too if you want to try street food.

The accommodation was good value for the money. The bed was nice, aircon was working. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant was good. I stayed there twice for one night on each stay. I think for few nights it is a very good accommodation.

I think it would be useful to have towel for the bathroom as when I showered the water went everywhere, but it dried quickly. Otherwise, all was good.

Clean, next door to main bus station, great helpful staff, hot water, comfortable bed, soft lighting over the bed if thats what you need, misquito netting set up over bed but also ac if you need it......ticks all the right boxes. Not luxury but its not priced for that

Lots of people complaining about the bathroom getting wet when you shower - it does - so ask then to give you a spare towel to use as a bathmat before you walk into/out if bathroom....problem solved The window in the bathroom doesn't shut tight so rattles..... get some toilet paper and wedge it between window and frame ......no more noise Too much street noise - you're in the middle of a city with 400k plus people! Ask for a quoter room, upper floors,, shut the windows, use ac, take ear plugs, accept you're in Africa!!

The staff at the hotel was amazing, really, very helpful, kind, very nice. We have been traveling around the world and all the Rich team was exceptional, like a 5 star hotel, especially the manager, Daniel. The place is well located, just next to the central market, is very clean, good food and good options for breakfast. Wide rooms. And you feel very safe inside. No mosquitoes also! We were very happy with our stay. It’s affordable also. We give it 10+ points. Thanks for everything.

There is a hotel in the middle of the city, so it's convenient for us to buy something and transfer somewhere. All facilities keep clean and all staffs attitudes are very polite. I went to Safari tour thanks to one of the staffs. He arranged a suitable plan about Ngorongoro crater day tour. I had dinner in the restaurant on the first floor. Traditional food is very delicious.

The location is very good, close to the city centre Good price Very clean and good hot water supply Good option if you are looking for a short stay, but not quite comfortable for more than 1-2 nights stay

The washroom is extremely small. The shower is literally above the toilet. No shampoo, only 1 towel There was no socket near the second bed. And no any others. I had to use the one of my friends bed
