We had a great stay at the hotel. The Staff was very nice, the room is comfortable and the view on the mount Meru was amazing.

The bathroom might have been the only little downside of our stay. They do have hot water but it was hard to shower due to the lack of fixture for the shower head and simple shower curtains would have helped not making a mess.

Breakfast is very good. Value for money. They provided us packed breakfast when we left early morning to the airport.

Nothing. But I am little confused with the same property listed on Booking.com as two entities- Charity Hotel International and New Charity Hotel. Later came to know that both are the same...but different from rates.

It’s budget, but you get a lot for your money here! The bed was fantastically comfy, the bathroom was a bit of a weird set-up, but everything worked and was clean which is all you can ask for really! The only thing that could be better would be slightly newer towels and bath mats.

A friendly reception. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous. Lovely gardens. Everything one could expect from a good, three star hotel.

Sign from main road could be renewed. We had a little difficulty locating the hotel initially.

Small beautiful garden, safe parking, kitchen next to the garden (Breakfast to be improved) the channels on TV to be upgraded, very friendly and understandable staff (zero mosquitos and zero flies) and finally rooms are big (water and serviette to add)

I had a good stay at The Charity hotel. The hotel itself is a bit dated but overall a good value for money. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Beds are comfy, the area is calm. I like the fact that the room had a terrace Good breakfast.

Bathroom furniture requires update

Great breakfeast wizh tropical fruits and vegetables. Beautifill botanical park in front of building with asortiment of palms and even eith some monkeys.

Internet only eorked at the reception, not in our room. Terrible getho out the resort walls ehich seems dangerous to walk arount by night.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is nice and we even got a room upgrade to executive suite, which was very nice. The facilities are outdated but thats ok for a night’s stay.

The breakfast is poor, we skipped on the food. The rooms including bath are not comfortable as the water leaks, there’s no curtain to stop the water. The sewage smells so you have to remember to close the door to the bathroom. Taxi drivers told us not to go for a stroll after dark in that area for safety reasons.

I arrived around 1 am and the staff greeted me very warmly and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, you got to choose from different local dishes aswell, which I really enjoyed. They also helped me arrange airport drop off for a very reasonable price. even though the facilities are a little bit run down, everything in the hotell was perfectly clean + they have a beautiful garden!

the facilities might need some remodelling but overall i had a very nice time!

The people at the front desk were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was perfect for going to JRO airport. The restaurant made a stunningly delicious dinner. The bed was warmed and cozy. The room was dark and quiet.

Wifi and electricity came and went. I was really hoping for (and paid for) a hot tub. It took a very long time to get hot water but it did come. I was able to get 3-inches of hot water for my long-awaited hot bath. It was enjoyable but did not quite meet my expectations. For a gluten-free person, the breakfast could have had a few more choices, including more fruit options.
