Everything. It was a great place to stay. I would stay again. Just would have been little better if you could have purchased cold water and some snacks/

Not being able to Access to buy cold water and snacks if you did not feel like going out. that was just a small thing. Overall a great place to stay. Everything close by.

I was upgraded to a double room no extra charge. The rooms are large and clean the staff are so friendly and I love that they have laundry. This was my second stay at kibo apartments. I was there for a month in January and Will definitely return again this feels like your own home. You will always feel safe with the security and it's close enough in town you can walk anywhere or hop on a motorcycle

The fact that the attendants are friendly and ready to assist where and when necessary. The security was also good! The best of all is tat we requested for an extra hour for check out and was granted. The ventilation was equally sufficient.

The designing of some of the windows are not children friendly, if you could consider putting a wire mesh or some grills for protection. I wish you had a swimming pool and gym within the premise for easy access.

Location and the space within the apartments was excellent. We were given room 7B which was an excellent room with a large kitchen.

Not much really we got what we wanted from it. The property doesn’t have street frontage as it is accessed through a short side entrance corridor. This wasn’t much of a bother however as it was always well lit and staff were always present.

No Breakfast was provided, the location is good and met my expectation.

The safe in my room was not working# improvement can be considered by making provision for kitchen needs, like storage containers and washing bowls, colander, easy washing liquid soap.

A beautiful apartment accommodation right near the action. All of the amenities were great and we had a good time with the staff, there is also laundry, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough to work with. The router does allow for ethernet hook up, which helped us to get better speeds.

The property was in the middle of the city, so we were able to walk to most places we went. We had access to laundry and a rooftop to spend time playing games.

It was noisy outside, but we chose to stay in the middle of the city on a busy street.

Super convenient position. Excellent roof terrace. Really handy laundry. Kind staff.

This didn’t bother me, but it is worth noting that it’s very central so if you’re a light sleeper, expect noise from sunrise from the streets

The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean.

The bed sheets needs to be changed regularly during the guest's stay. Also the toilet and bath room need to be cleaned on a daily basis.

The apartment was comfortable and the staff very accommodating and responsive. Cleanliness was also top notch!

The parking facility opposite is very inconvenient. There are alot of people at the entrance area which makes it very inconvenient when with family and children. The area is absolutely packed with wholesale shops which results in herrandous traffic.
