Great time in this resort. Room was clean and big then normally in Europe. Breakfast to 10am every day changed menu. Gate to resort entry all time in guardian. Nice New Year Eve with local staff.

Some staff were very good - the front office and restaurant team.

Front office did not get me the WiFi password on the first night. The hotel did not seem to know of my booking/arrival, so they put me in a "reserve room" for the first night, but very neatly moved my stuff to another room the next day. The reserve room toilet/shower was not clean.

Breakfast wasn't reasonable compared to the price on B&B. More options on protean and fruits will be great.

Staff were very welcoming and eager to help with our requests. The bed was huge - big enough for 4 people! Good location not far from Arusha airport

Food was not good. We weren't given any towels our first night and only 1 for 2 people on our second. No hot water on our second night. Saw a mouse running around on the 3rd floor. There wasn't any way to control the air conditioning

The staff were really nice. We were served dinner by Peter, and he was a very happy and respectful guy. The food was really nice.

The rooms didn't smell very fresh. We had to move from the room we had booked into a twin room. They need to do more to keep the rooms fresh.

The shower was decent, and the room was spacious.

We were woken by a staff member at 12:30am, when she knocked on the door to our room repeatedly. I only opened the door to her because I assumed there must have been an emergency for a staff member to wake us in the middle of the night, but she was in fact only there to deliver our laundry. She then pushed past me to enter the room, turned on all the lights, and told me to count the items of clothing, at which point I told her it was past midnight and we had been sleeping, and I said we could check our clothing the next day. She didn’t leave until we repeatedly insisted that she get out of the room. The next day, when we were paying for the laundry, we saw that the hotel had tried to significantly overcharge us by adding on items that didn’t exist! Other issues with the room included: - No working wifi in the room - Holes in the bedsheets - Safe in the room didn’t work - The toilet didn’t flush properly - There was quite a lot of noise from the street
