the decor was very tasteful. the view was spectacular! the room had a large balcony with chairs and a splash pool. Unfortunately some of the furniture was broken, and many of the tiles in the pool loose or fallen off

the place is a bit run down, there was smell of urine from animals in the ceiling and lots of cobwebs. The beautiful weaving from natural grass needs to be replaced

Location:Best view of Lake Victoria Staff are well hospitality and helpful. Cotage with swimming pool, surrounded by trees and lake, only sitting at the yard you can have the best view of Lake Victoria, you can't imagine that you will see the different birds singing all the day and Monkey family stop by to visit you, what a majestic trip. There is entertainment park such as small zoo, hiking, boat trip which can satisfy your all requests. Strongly recommendes Sunset cruise trip. Definitely will come again !

Nothing, everything was good and standard,never expected evrything to be so perfect in Tanzania, thanks to Hekima Safaris for organizing this trip for us.

This is a lovely and well thought-out place to experience, just don't go in a rush. There's a lot to experience and enjoy and therefore you need some quality unrushed time to fully enjoy. I only wish they had more free activities rather than having guests pay for every little extra activity. These additional activities like the water sports etc are not too expensive so, still giving a 4.3/5 star rating and recommending friends and family to visits

All activities have to be paid for. They should be incorporated in some way in the nightly rate for the rooms.

The selection was excellent. They offered a range of continental & local options, including fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, local specialties, I particularly enjoyed the omelette, which was fluffy and tastefull.

It's an amazing place to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and wonderful sunset. Lasanthi is very very helpful. She tries her best to help me all the time and make my stay here as comfortable as possible. Thanks for your excellent service 👍 Will come back in the near future 😁

Loud music through out the day starting at 0800am till 1100pm, Indian food didnt have good Indian taste.

The facility was perfect beyond expectations, the customer service is at peak & the serene is the best of them all

Wonderful location close to the lake, even above! Private swimming pool attached to my room. Very good cooking at reasonable price. Staff attentive to the guests. High involvement of Charles who is the responsible for activities: a real resolution maker. City tour and museum visit were adding value to my journey.

The wifi should improve a bit. The payment is to be centralized at the reception.
