KRAAM Silhouette Hotel & Cafe is an absolute delight – beautifully designed and thoughtfully put together in every way. I stayed in one of the ground floor units, and I was immediately impressed by the interior layout and stylish decor. Everything felt carefully curated, well-organized, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the lush greenery surrounding the exterior – the plants create such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it feel like a peaceful oasis in the city. Having access to a washing machine as a guest was a huge plus – super convenient and easy to use, especially for longer stays. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time here, always ready to assist with a smile. If you’re looking for a well-designed, comfortable place to stay with a relaxing vibe and top-notch service, KRAAM is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of spending 51 amazing days at Kraam Hotel Phuket, and it was an experience I'll never forget. The staff was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Hayza for expertly managing my trip and ensuring everything went smoothly. I'm also incredibly grateful to the entire staff and volunteers for taking such great care of me throughout my stay. We enjoyed everything here! The hotel is so stylish, quiet and comfortable, the room is tidy and there is everything needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We took a beach mat at reception, that was very kind. We appreciated that there was a parking lot for a bike, a microwave in the lobby, a small „pool“ by the room door, a little space with plants between the back room door and the next room wall, and a cute kitty always waiting outside. Even if our room was the cheapest one, it was perfect. Charming place and location is good if you rent a bike.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have the cutest dog in the reception area. Facilities are clean and well kept. Excellent value for money.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking but this is personal preference.

Nice little hotel with a cafe attached to the bottom. The hotel was close to where we needed to be so very convenient. There’s an awesome Muay Thai Acadamy just past the hotel on the right 😊 The staff are so friendly and helpful and if you’re lucky the kittens might come and play with you 🥰

Nothing, everything was great.

The place is very quiet, and the staff are doing their best to make our stay comfortable. It has a welcoming, hostel-like vibe, where people can easily gather, chat, and connect. The common areas create a social atmosphere, making it a great spot for travelers who enjoy meeting new people.

The croissant sandwiches were delicious, though the selection was a bit limited. The environment was very quiet, and the little cat was adorable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

If it rains, the room can get a bit stuffy, so it's important to regularly open the doors and windows for ventilation.

A little off the beaten track but not a problem if you have transport. Wouldn't let it stop me from booking here again

A scooter is needed if you want to get groceries or explore more of phuket as its tucked away in the back streets.

Cafe downstairs open until 9pm, daily cleaning service, friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and cats :)
