This is my 2nd time here and it didn't disappoint. From the minute we arrived till the minute we left the staff were incredible. So friendly and attentive. The food was amazing for the Christmas Brunch and every other meal we had in Fresca. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Gym and spa facilities are the best around.

This is by no means anything to do with the hotel but the amount of times I saw rude customers mistreat staff was a bit much. It was sad to see especially around Christmas. The staff couldn't be any nicer but the way some people treat them was awful.

The property is pristine, well maintained. We loved the staggered layout which gave a village/condo feel to it, with lots of privacy and calm. The whole environment is so calm and quiet. Very laid back atmosphere. The gardens are stunning, so many pools to chose from everyday. Whether you want to splash about, swim a few lengths, or relax, you’ve got it. Our two bed suite was so spacious and clean. No need to share a bathroom with teens!! We didn’t find the hotel remote at all. It is within a more rural/local residents set-up, which we preferred. It was more quiet this way. You can take a taxi right from the hotel, as well as walk to the main road (10 minutes) for local shops, or rent a motorbike. There are also tourist info right outside where you can organise tours. Once you’re on the main road, you’re 10 minutes drive to Rawai/Nai Harn on your right, or 10 minutes to Chalong on your left. Last time we went to Phuket, we stayed in Karon, which had more stuff at our doorstep, yet we preferred Rawai. Food wise, SO MUCH choice!!! And so tasty! From steak to massive salads, Thai food, Italian food etc, all cooked to perfection. For a family of foodies, we felt very spoilt. Everyone got what they wanted every time without compromise. Facilities were fantastic. Gym was great, spa was so relaxing, green cafe had great choices too. Staff was so friendly. There are so many employees, there is always someone to help you out. We also loved the fact that you download the hotel app when you arrive and then can order food, spa treatment, cleaning, etc directly from it. You can also communicate with the front office this way. So convenient. And they get back to you within minutes.

Very minor: After a few days, breakfast may get boring. I would scrap the salad bar, which everybody seems to snob, and put more fresh fruit there instead, as well as individual yoghurt, chia puddings, overnight oats for instance. Fantastic selection of bread and brioche though, like straight from a French bakery. Loved the infused waters and the egg selection. Another minor thing, I didn’t like the fact that bedroom residents smoke cannabis on their balcony nearby the pools. I don’t think that should be allowed, as the hotel is very family-friendly. I get that Phuket has become quite relaxed about that, but it wasn’t pleasant. We would have loved to be able to do a cooking class at the hotel. Last, it is a shame under 14s can’t get Muay Thai classes.

Gym, pool arrangements.

Being told to put my top on whilst performing CV at 06:30 in the morning when only 2 persons were in the gym. 1. Inconsistent Rule Application: I mentioned how I was approached about wearing a top during a time when the gym was nearly empty, which seems unnecessary given the circumstances. 2. Influencers and Equipment Blockage: Highlight the issue of influencers monopolising space with tripods, which prevents other gym-goers from utilising the equipment and areas. 3. Contradictory Enforcement of 'No Phones' Policy: Point out the disparity between the gym's signage prohibiting phone use and the allowance of tripods and phone-related activities by influencers.

Incredibly beautiful place to be for holidays. Clean and very nice. The pool is incredible and there are 2 other pools in case it gets crowded. Pool bar easy and accessible with both food and drinks. A bit pricy for Thailand but reasonable for the resort. Phuket town 1hour away, nearest beach 20 mins and big Buddha 30mins. Outside the hotel there is a lovely Thai guy who rents scooters and also provides laundry service for 1kg/100bhat -very cheap and all cloths were tidy and clean. Absolutely recommend this place. It even has its own clinic service if a doctor is needed.

Tv does not allow to connect your phone and either it had Netflix app on it.

Beautiful resort. Very thoughtful with its amenities. We loved the fact that everything was organic, many things homemade. The gym is exceptional! Comfortable rooms. Even an umbrella was in the room.

Only minor things to be honest. The breakfast itself was amazing. But as a European customer I was missing a better cheese and charcuterie offer. Also only 3 different types of tea. But that’s really nitpicking. I would have wished to have a choice of pillows. I personally prefer down and really soft. All pillows were pretty hard. But that seems to be common in Thailand.

This is paradise on earth, our villa was almost perfect. Staff is very nice and effecient, food was very good at a reasonable price for a hotel (and delivery was realtively fast). It's quiet and relaxing. It was our second time in this hotel and will definitively come back if we have the opportunity.

Not much to do in the area (strongly recommend to rent a car). While trying to be eco responsible there is a detection mechanism that cut airco and power that is not very effecient (we had the airco and power shutting down during the night). The kitchen could have a little bit more stuff. But those are minor details vs all the positive of the hotel.

Staying at STAY was the BEST decision I did for my Thailand trip! The room and facilities were exceptional! I found it hard to leave the room because it was so relaxing to stay inside. The facilities were all focused on health and wellness, which are two of the big factors why I chose to book this place. I joined the HIIT and yoga classes, and tried their amazing 3-floor gym. I also loved the cafe and restaurant- everything I tried tasted fresh and well-prepped. I would honestly go back and stay for a month!

The location is pretty far from the main road and from the airport, but it's an okay price to pay if you're looking for peace and quiet for your trip. It's really away from any busy road. Beaches and other tourist spots are also far from the resort, but they have shuttles and tours available at the hotel.

The room and facilities at Stay are beautiful, super clean, and great value for the amount we paid. The room we stayed in opened up to a little outside seating area and the pool - so luxurious to be able to swim up to your own private area! The gym is amazing, split over 3 floors, and the staff could not have been more helpful. We did not eat at the restaurants, instead choosing to walk the 10 mins down to the main road for super cheap and delicious local Thai food. We took the free shuttle to the beach which allowed us to explore further - great option. Would 100% recommend Stay to anyone looking for a truly luxurious escape.

The only thing there could have been more of were hooks in the bathroom to hang towels - everything else was perfect!

I had such a good stay here that I booked for 1 week and stayed for 3. The price was good as it's rainy season. Every member of staff was friendly and polite, regardless of their role. The room was large and comfy and everything in it worked well. Lots of power points and USB points beside the bed. The pools are amazing and as there are so many, it was easy to find one that was empty. I had a couple of meals in the main restaurant, and the food was excellent. The rest of the time I hate in the healthier cafe and loved the food there. The staff in it were always so welcoming and kind, even though they must have been sick of the sight of me after 3 weeks. Sofia was particularly good as she spotted what you'd need before you needed it. I don't like gyms and fitness, but the gym was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The shuttle to a couple of beaches was handy if you didn't have transport. I'd love to stay in this hotel again.

The bathroom occasionally smelled of drains.
