My wife and I were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax. And in this place we found exactly what we were looking for. This place 100% met our needs. Very responsive owner. Very friendly staff. Ready to help at any time. Special thanks to them for this. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. Bed linen was changed every three days. The territory is always clean. The pool is always clean, although there is a lot of greenery and trees on the territory. In short (five-star hotel level) We did not expect this from a small hotel. In the reviews we read that the infrastructure nearby is not developed. I don’t know what people there were missing! Five hundred meters in one direction there is a supermarket (LOTUS) Six hundred meters in the other direction (TOPS DAILY) Cafes and massage parlors are 150 meters away. RAWAI BEACH is 850 meters away. But it is not for swimming. There are a lot of boats there. To get to the swimming beaches you need either a bike or a taxi. But if you are looking for silence. Then this is the place for you. I will gladly return there.

We loved the beautiful garden and the pool. It has a family feeling to the hotel with not too many guests, which is nice! The bungalow is beautiful and spacious! Really enjoyed having the bungalow right next to the pool, we even extended our stay! And there is a lovely cat at the resort, she was our emotional support animal for this vacation!

Quiet, secluded, homely residences and wonderful garden setting for our extended family of 10 to be together for the first time in 4 years. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the pool.

Not really suited for easy pedestrian access to the surrounding neighbourhood but this was very easily solved by using an excellent driver recommended by Nui who transported all of us in air conditioned comfort to Nai Harn beach, tourist spots like the Big Buddha, local cafes, supermarket shopping etc. Getting food deliveries from local eateries was a breeze.

Beautiful garden and pool. Very quiet location. Amazingly kind hostess. We were a 10 min. drive from Rawai beach, which at first we thought was inconvenient. However, because Smile was such a secluded and beautiful spot, we quickly realized that it was perfect for us. We nicknamed the spot the Secret Garden. Also, the lane going to the bungalows was very small and rough. We were not sure what we had gotten into as we wound our way to the resort, but once there, it was a treat. I would also mention that despite the main road being the commercial section of the Muslim neighborhood, lanes leading to the beach went to lovely restaurants and resorts and a beautiful sandy beach, all within a 10 min. walk from Smile.

It would have been nice to have a hot plate or burner to cook breakfast on. Also, a few light bulbs were burned out.

This was the highlight of our trip to Phuket. An entire lovely resort for ourselves, beautiful pool in the middle, garden that is a pleasure to walk in. We've had long conversations with our lovely host about Thailand, how things work here and about the world in general. There were also two lovely doggies, which might not be so important to some, but for us, they were the best! We have so many fond memories of Mimi and Luna. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Rawai and the surrounding area.

Don't forget to get your motorcycle licence if you want to get around the island!

Loved the peace and quiet. Great pool and large room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners were very accommodating when we wanted to change dates. We loved staying here!

It was a shame there wasn't an option to buy food or snacks.

Great location - exactly that we needed during this trip, clean house in cosy green garden. Very simple but maintained with a lot of care and efforts.

It was a bit difficult to find at first due to location in the small soi, but Nui the host was very helpful despite on our late hours of arrival. We were driving, but property also offers motorbikes for rent that is very convenient

Really great place, a complex of detached bungalows with a shared pool, a green well-maintained beautiful garden with birds singing, nice friendly host Nui - she will tell you everything. Property is located inside the block away from noise, to Nai Harn beach - 10 minutes by car, to Rawai beach - 5 minutes. if you don’t want to drive somewhere in the evening, there is a cafe nearby where you can eat, and 7-11. Bungalow has everything you need: AC, fan, fridge, hot water in the shower, set of towels for pool and bathroom, very clean. Highly recommended.

It feels home! The owner is very helpful. She can also speaks English and she is sweet! She will treat you like a family! Very clean too! She has 2 lovely black dogs. ❤️ i missssss everything in there!

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room with smart TV. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Lovely pool and gardens. Quiet location but close to all shops and rawai centre. Looking forward to staying again thank you.
