Very helpful and hospitable staff, also the hotel overlooks a beautiful view that’s fronts right onto the beach. Overall cleanliness of the rooms were top notch. I would recommend this place for these reasons. Also note, that it is located in less busier part of Phuket, and is a lot quieter, which does add to the charm of the hotel. As it can be quite overwhelming in some places.

Because the hotel is located in Rawai, you will have to catch a taxi to the main tourist hotspots such as Patong or Phuket. Though I would recommend downloading Bolt or Grab (basically like Uber/Ubereats) to get around, as they’re much cheaper than a regular taxi. There is also complimentary buffet breakfast daily, however the options aren’t that fantastic or provide a good variety, but you’d likely spend your time elsewhere anyway.

The staff were very friendly. Only the F&B service staff need more training and knowledge to handle situations. The breakfast selection has room for improvement. Very Boring Food Selection! The transport/ shuttle to Nai Harn Beach can change to 9.30am to 3.30/4pm to give guests more free time at the beach.

The beach in the property

Loved the pool right off our room, great unit with big living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, view of the ocean ( only when the tide was in. When the tide was out it was ugly) very good breakfast, staff were amazing.

Far from old town, not many restaurants within walking distance.

It's the third time we have stayed here as the location suits us really well while you have to drive most places it's not far, you can sit down by the water and order from their bar. The price for room was better than other places and nicer accommodation with comfy beds, friendly staff and great pools of course with two little kids pools that a toddler can stand up in.

The buffet breakfast is the standard buffet breakfast that you would expect anywhere but personally it doesn't cater to us. A lot of people love it.

I chose a high floor ocean view suite thinking that the pool area would be too busy and noisy for my stay but on arriving, I realised that the suites with pool access were just to a limited amount of the suites that were located on the ground floor. I requested a change in my suite which the Resort accommodated. The suites are a lovely setup with all that you need in the kitchen - utensils etc. Staff were lovely and friendly and the morning buffet breakfast great value.

It would be a great idea if a Room Service Menu was provided in the suites and guests advised of the mosquito spraying times - just so they can make sure they are either away for the mosquito treatment or tucked away in their suite - I would imagine if you had breathing issues, like asthma etc this would probably pose some issues for you.

The property was well presented, housekeeping were exceptional, they did an amazing job. Anything that I asked for, from housekeeping at all the front desk was delivered quickly and effectively. Undercover parking for my motorbike,The property has a beach frontage which is a lovely walk particularly in the evening, or if you’re a morning person and I’m sure I would be fabulous in the morning as well. The beach front bar is really nice, the pool is great.

The location whilst it is fantastic on the beach front is a bit away from the action. I have a little bit too far, maybe 10 minutes on the motorcycle. having said that if you go for a stroll at the front there a motorbike hire shops there are supermarkets and decent restaurants, however the good restaurants are down at Rawi beach.

The staff were amazing, and we were sad to leave. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Pool access two step from your room was hard to beat. We will definitely be back.

Road noise. But that was the only downside.

A lovely experience, with a great balcony, gym, pool and buffet. Definitely get the buffet included as its so cheap for the food you receive. Clean room. All round good experience as the hotel was extremely quiet when we stayed. Not busy at all

The location was quite far from the town although the town was a small and quiet place anyway, so if you're looking for a little quiet getaway just great.

The room was so comfortable and so clean.
