Great staff, I needed to extend my stay by a few days, my room was already booked, so they let me book 2br apartment with kitchen, given that I'll only use one bedroom, for lower price. Room is cleaned every morning, two water bottles given every morning, so fridge might be full of them at the end of stay. Hygienic shower isn't a water cannon like in other hotels, boiler in shower heats up quickly and holds the temperature. Good AC, blackout curtains, pool is clean and nice.

Couple of bike parking spots are on the weird slope, so it might be hard to park there. Fortunately, car parking is 10m away. The walkway to apartments was lit poorly after sunset.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Bleu. In advance of my arrival they organized some transport for me from the airport, The place was lovely, the room are spacious, modern and clean. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. All the staff were wonderful and the owner Nico stopped and introduced himself when I got there. Its a great location. The hotel had a restaurant/bar area adjacent to the pool. The food was excellent whether it was breakfast or dinner. The staff helped me organize my trips out and gave me recommendations. Close to Rawai beach and you can also visit Nai Harn. The Big Buddha is also easy to drive to from here. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed everything about my stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first time in Thailand. We loved it so much and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool is so clean and fun and nearly every occasion we had it to ourselves. If you go you must try the carbonara or shrimp and chorizo pasta it was so amazing, we had it twice! Close restaurants and two 7/11s and pickup is available for most day trips. Go to Nai Harn Beach definitely, it’s only a 12 minute drive away and we loved it. Would definitely come again :))

The property was just fine. Was so tired and jetlegged/ spent 1 day in bed/ Soaked my old body in the pool. Had the tastiest fresh smoothie and best espresso ever!! Most importantly/ the owner and his wife are Lovely! Genuinely and sincerely they do take care of you. That’s makes such a difference. Overall/ great for a short stay/ layover.

In my room/ which was lovely and quite in every other way/ the AC didn’t work at all. It’s a good thing ~ am used to living without AC. Otherwise/ could be a problem 🥲🥹

Best place I stayed in Thailand specially due to the owner warm welcome and good spirit! It is like you are part of a family! Thanks Nico and his team for everything, I will definitely come back and stay longer!

Amazing as always. Incredibly clean, comfortable and very well maintained rooms - they have all just been upgraded/re-furbished, great AC, comfortable beds, USB/lightening PowerPoints, good wifi, staff are super friendly and helpful, Airport transfers can be organised, restaurant on the property has great Thai, western and French options, close to Muay Thai gyms and restaurants. Such an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend. Thanks heaps for having me.

We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, who were always available and ready to help. They offer the option to rent scooters, which were in excellent condition. The room was clean and well-equipped. A big plus is the pool, which is also illuminated at night and has a sufficient number of loungers. Highly recommended!

The resort is placed in a very quiet zone. They rent even motorbykes by which is very easy to reach the nearer beaches without any problem. Inside there is even a good restaurant and the owners have been very proactive in helping me also in a difficult sitiation when I lost my mobile. Thank you very much again!

I really loved my stay at Lotus Bleu. I didn't know what to expect as I picked a place last minute, and instead of finding a random hotel, I found a second home to stay when in Phuket! I'm quite picky with rooms as I have difficulties to sleep, and my room was nice, super clean, comfy and very quiet. Also, the staff is just lovely and you can feel they would do everything to make you feel comfortable. The great atmosphere is here, and I felt that guests were as kind as the hotel staff, sharing together and easily chatting when going to the main living room. I'm more than happy of my stay at Lotus Bleu and will definitely be back next year! Thank you team for all your help and kindness!!

I had a great time. everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms and the pool are clean. Everything is there what you need. What I especially want to emphasize is the nice staff. The chef - he is just amazing. We even stopped going out to eat, because his food is so yummi. The housekeeping staff is so friendly. I just had a great time, there's not much more to say. Gyms, whether boxing or yoga, everything is there. The cats are a nice extra :)
