The staff are lovely and friendly. Real family atmosphere.

They charged me 750 baht as the towels has suntan lotion on them! Think they was going to try charge me again as towel has small stain on it. Think this unnecessary charge and very unfair. Never had this anywhere before and did spoil my opinion of the place

We enjoyed staying here. We could do boxing in the old boxing school. Not al lot of equipment there, but it was nice to play around there. Property was also very clean and neat.

Matrass was a bit hard, but otherwise okay.

Location didn’t have a lot nearby, need a bike or grab to get around to most things.

Breakfast was just bananas or bananas and eggs, very basic but appreciated as I didn’t know it was included. 2 bottles of water are also put outside the room every day. Bird is really helpful and he took me to rent a scooter. The room initially smelled of sewage due to a blocked drain so they happily swapped my room for me.

The heavy use of air freshener (many guesthouses do this)

Great room and bed for the money with good AC and facilities. Staff super friendly despite not speaking English. Rented me a scooter for cheap as well. Has a modest gym for when it's not too hot

Laundry included would be nice but couldn't complain

- bed was pretty hard - Walls were very thin

Perfect position to train Muay Thai and then go to rest at the beach. Laudry. No breakfast but they provided two bottles of water per day

Great value for money! i extended a stay in here by one more day simply because the owner made it so convenient for us. They did an extra effort to make our stay enjoyable🤩🤩🤩! Arranging scooter rental, transfer to an airport and in general amazing speed of responsivness 👍👍👍. We rented the place due to proximity to Kite surf school. and it was a great choice - 4 mins by scooter to KiteZone Phuket. we had marvelous 4 days in total enjoying kitesurfing and staying in vii house.

Excellent value for money. Owner does it all to sort all our requirements and questions. They offered us a lift to rent a scooter, arranged a taxi to the airport, fixed at speed of light small thing in the room only a min after we asked! We selected the place for KiteZone Phuket place where we had fantastic experience (4 days) of kitesurfing and this place is literally 5 mins away by scooter and still in a very quite zone of busy Phuket :-)

The property was very clean, it had everything you would need in the room, great gym facilities and the owners are very friendly and went out of there way to help us. Rawai is a busy local town with great bars and restaurants. I would advise renting a moped for when you stay here as it’s a 20 minute walk into town or you can grab a taxi. I would definitely recommend this place great budget accommodation.
