Very kind staff and comfortable swimming pool. The room was very clean

You can’t make the bedroom dark! The light comes from the bathroom early in morning, as there is glass door.

Beautiful room, nice bed, great shower. Soft fluffy towels every day and good wi fi. Pool just a couple of steps away. Fabulous breakfast best I have had in Thailand.

None of these are major issues. Don't ask people not to put paper in the toilet if the bin next to it has no lid. Have to order breakfast the day before and the time you want to eat it. Contrary to other reviews receptionists not as welcoming as other hotels. Command of English not great. Had to leave early so we couldn't have breakfast but no offer of a take away option. They advertise a shuttle bus to the beach which doesn't actually run. Don't use their taxis Bolt are way cheaper. The beds by the pool need to have pads on as they are very hard.

It was very clean and the mattress was so good. All the staffs are friendly and kind, they do whatever you ask for. the room is big and excellent!

you can hear the noises from the outside even though you’re in the hotel room and closed all the doors and windows.

The resort is situated in a pleasant area and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size with a kettle and microwave, the room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was freshly cooked.

Overall the stay was comfortable but I do think it was a little bit over priced for the facility's and standard of the resort.

The most helpful and kind staff I encountered. They went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation in an extremely short time frame, and were overall extremely kind and pleasant. The pool is beautiful and spacious, and the rooms have beautiful natural lighting.

the pool was very clean and right outside our room which we loved. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. particularly liked the shower room which has an inside/outside feel.

we could hear constant banging all night which we think was some kind of fruit dropping off a tree onto one of the roofs which obviously isn’t the hotels fault but did keep us awake during our trip.

Family run hotel. Good value accommodation.

Great place to stay, the staff is the best and they want you to have the best stay possible. They are always here to help. We really like the pool and the room was perfect.
