The apartment was perfect. Tranquil. The views from the terrace and apartment were stunning. All staff were kind, professional and great at their jobs. The AC is excellent. Cools the place within 10 minutes. I loved the two cats who visited daily. A mother and daughter - we all took care of them. I visited the vet while I was in Rawai and gave them medication for bugs and worms. Although they look in great health. This was the best place I’ve stayed. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the Palm Village, Phuket. The owner and his family are very welcoming and accommodating. The apartments are very spacious and clean. It's very quiet and the property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. The location and area are okay, everything is at least a 5-minute walk. Laundry can be sorted by the owner but you will need to fetch your drinking water from minimarts close by.

The showers are faulty and the water power is weak. The air conditioning units worked ok but need a service, as they didn't always push out very cool air, even though the remote says it's 16 degrees. The cleaners are really friendly but turn up at random times, which can be a challenge when working from the property most days.

Palm Village is definitely a special place! You truly feel you are in Thailand with the authentic Thai architecture of the bungalows and the beautiful nature all around. It’s the perfect mix of a peaceful environment in a great location. The room was just wow! Super clean, spacious, fully equipped, and beautifully designed. The cleaning was impeccable, and the staff always helpful. I loved it so much that I extended my stay and left already wanting to come back. Highly recommended!!

I had a wonderful stay at palm village it really was a little piece of paradise the gardens were beautiful it was so peace full the staff were so kind. Im just so sad to leave. 10/10 . Will most defenetly go back and stay longer next time .Everything in the bungalow was brand new. Fridge freezer . Mini overn microwave they even bought me a new safe. The tv was the biggest ive ever seen in any accommodation around the world. Palm village deserves every success in the future on booking . Com . Thank you everso much❤️🙏

Good location for me, friendly staff special requests are taken care off quickly, cleaning daily done. Villa's are very spacious, with separate living room with kitchen , it is like living at home at a beautiful spot.

Please be aware that you will need a motorbike or car to go to places. The distance to Rawai is not far, but the road condition is not to European standard that there are pavements where you can safely walk. Besides it is too hot for a long walk ;-) Some small restaurants are nearby the resort, but for more entertainment/restaurants you will have to travel about 1 km, not far, but given the road just a little bit too far.

Stayed here multiple times over the years , just keep coming back since 2016 . Huge rooms , pleasant and really helpful staff . The village is quiet , surroundings very nice , no crowds . Recommend palm village , we're from New Zealand and l tell all my friends, stay in Rawai and stay at palm village.

Location is wonderful, calm and peaceful. You would need a bike or a car to get around though. The staff was constantly cleaning the facilities and were always there to help.

Rawai beach is picturesque but not suitable for swimming.

Lovely room, large bed ,2 Aircon units and a fan light tea and coffee and water supplied daily afternoon cleaning every day definitely stay there again 👍

Couldn't get the WiFi password to work but I had good 5g so I didn't mind
