Quiet , comfy beds, within close proximity to beach and restaurants especially if you like fish restaurants. We were upgraded and met by lovely chap Jack, and later by owner who keeps a beautiful garden next to pool. Great place for outwork as it has good WiFi in annex lodge behind garden .

Originally booked a duplex apartment for 4 nights but ended up staying for 11 nights in a stunning 2 bedroom Villa. Gio the owner offered me a great price to stay in the Villa which was amazing value for money. The location is at the end of a side street off the main road and is extremely quiet and peaceful. A 200m walk takes you to the main road where there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Rawai Beach front is about a 8-10 minute walk where you’ll find the Pier, restaurants, bars, boat trips etc. The Villa was fantastic, 2 large double en suite bedrooms with large bathrooms and a separate toilet. Lovely fitted kitchen and lounge with a large flat screen smart TV which had Netflix/YouTube etc. The Wifi was strong enough for me to run my Amazon firestick on. The Villa also had lovely garden furniture outside the front door. The gardens and pool are beautifully kept with load of little sitting areas, water features, plants and ponds. It’s absolutely stunning and peaceful.

I don’t like making any negative comments but the only negative for me was that it sometimes felt like a suburb of Moscow rather than Thailand. There are a number of Russians who are staying in the hotel on a long term basis and basically living there. One of the Couples actually have a dog. I understand why they’re there but Russians would never be my choice of neighbour.

Lovely quiet place close to everything in Rawai. They upgraded my room upon arrival & It was one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Thailand. WiFi works in rooms and there is a communal work space as well in case you have any work to catch up on. Swimming pool is nice and relaxing to cool down in. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful grounds with well kept pool … we were upgraded to beautiful balcony room overlooking pool ; very comfy large bed in quiet location but within reach of food establishments .. if you love fish then spoilt for choice . Jack greeted us in safe car park at front of hotel. Owner showed us round . He has proudly planted out and has fish pond and communal room at back which is quiet for study and work.

A quiet spot in a busy part of town. The staff, location and facilities are great. My accommodation was upgraded on arrival and included a small kitchen which was very useful. A really good place at a very good price. Exceeded my expectations - I will certainly stay here again!

Jack did an excellent job going the extra mile help me out. The swimming pool is nice with lots of extra towels around. I enjoyed my stay so much I returned for another stay to the property. I loved how close the property is to Ton Mai Spa and Da Puccio Italian restaurant.

I loved this place. Staff and owner are amazing guys. Had some nice conversations with them. They upgraded me for free. All facilities are pretty nice and well maintained. Definitely coming back to this place. Well recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. A special thanks to Jack, the manager, who was incredibly friendly and servicial. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Communication from even before I arrived was amazing. I had a special requirement which was met beautifully. I was in a budget room but it was ample size with huge bathroom. There is a large annexe with a kitchen (although the electrics could be temperamental, but this was always swiftly sorted).The grounds are just lovely, very 'zen'. Lots of plants and wind chimes and hanging chairs/hammocks. An absolute delight to spend some down time. The pool is clean and inviting. A few minutes walk and you are in a different world - the main road. Rawai beach is not a swimming beach but it is lined with amazing seafood restaurants - seriously you could not get any fresher. Jack, who manages the resort is extremely helpful. I met the owner(Gio?) on my last morning. Again he was lovely and when I suggested an English style toaster would be useful in the kitchen, he said he would supply one (saves toasting bread in a frying pan 😁). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful few days

Electrics in kitchen in annexe were temperamental. Couldn't use the two ring hob at the same time as microwave and coffee machine or the main fuse would blow. Once i realised this there wasn't a problem. On the occasions the fuses did blow, Jack had it sorted very quickly. This is a minor gripe and had no impact on my stay at all.

Beautiful small resort with the most lust garden we've seen in Thailand. We enjoyed the stay and had a lot of fun in the pool.

The kitchen could be better equipped, but it does the job.
