Very clean. Good ac. Good live music next door that shits down at a respectable midnight.

Beach is not suitable for swimming or other leisure activities. Safe didn’t work.

The room is very clean and well provisioned. Including room safe, AC, fridge, kettle, coffee supplies, bottled water x2 supplied daily, plates bowls and cutlery, chest of drawers, space to hang clothes, drying rack, laundry basket, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Power socket and small lamp table beside the bed. Great value.

If you are a light sleeper and need to go to bed early, the music from nearby bars might be annoying. Communal seating in the courtyard was directly in line with my sliding glass door. The doors have a mirror tint, but this is less effective when it is not bright and sunny, or when you turn a light on inside. There are only blockout curtains.

Quite good. Has necessary facilities such as refrigerator, WiFi, strong air-conditioning, good sized open bay bathroom with strong water pressure, outside patio, and free communal kitchen. Close to jetty on eastern end of Rawai beach. Rawai is much smaller and quieter than Patong - an embayment for tailboats and a charming fishing community with great fresh seafood. Economical accommodation option and in terms of an amenities/price ratio represents good value.

Everything was great! The room was very clean, almost perfectly clean, I would say:) But I was most impressed by the level of detail they provided for guests. They had everything you could possibly need (even mosquito spray!) and all this for a very affordable price. There’s also a kitchen, making it a perfect place for long-term stays (if you like the area).

Once I walked in I felt very positive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and has everything you need including free drinking water. I extended my stay straight away after checking in.

It can get pretty noisy at night by the neighbouring bars but I wore earplugs and had good sleep.

There is a great location next to the pier and Rawai beach. Friendly employees and always help.Free coffee and water included.Also, I like the hard bed which doesn't bend your spine. There are a lot of restaurants and bars.

Very reasonable price. Reliable. Clean. Ideal location, but for two issues: loud music from Freedom Bar almost nightly until midnight or so and light from outside might be bothersome to some at night (bring eye cover). On the whole, the place is quiet and the staff are polite and helpful.

The bed kinda hard...that's all other than that all good..thank you! Hoping to come back again soon..

the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. also there is a common kitchen area so if you need you can use it.

I don’t think there is something I didn’t like. Maybe it’s the noise of the bars next to the property, but it’s not something that they can control.

I did have the worst located room although I asked two months before to allocate on away from the street
