I stayed in New Breakers for over a week and overall it was quite nice. The room is spacious, location convenient, breakfast selection reasonable (although anything other than Full English is bit small). The in-house bike rental was very handy.

The room is on the same level and accessed from the communal courtyard. With the only window and door leading to it, you end up with curtains drawn all day for privacy and cannot escape the commotion outside where folks often hang out - luckily no lager groups/families were around while I stayed there.

very good contact with the lady who is in charge of the reception. Very friendly and helpful, smily and professional rooms are clean and good size, bathroom very nice!

its a detail little bit annoying... after the first night booked in "booking" for 1000 bath, even the hotel wasn't full and i wanted to stay 2 nights more, the boss up the price to 1100 ... not very friendly as i can say. its not for the 2X100 bath, but when the hotel is not full and the guest stay 2 more nights, that you dont change the bed set..why up the price?

Good position (rawai is in my opinion the most authentic area in Phuket) even if rawai beach is not the best for swimming you can easily reach amazing beaches with bolt or a motorbike, lovely and helpful staff, nice and comfortable room with everything you need, breakfast with different options

Quiet location off the main road. Easily accessible to Rawai Main Street (10 minute walk). Supermarkets next door, hotel bar/restaurant serving nice food. The room is clean, cosy. The bed is very comfortable. Large screen tv with Netflix. It’s perfect and extremely good price. We stayed one night and decided to book another 7 days. No complaints :)

The hotel is great, no frills and very accommodating. Staff is wonderful and friendly! Rawai is a lovely spot, out of the way of a lot of the big tourist spots, but a quick cab ride to the popular spots in Phuket. New Breakers was a wonderful home away from home! Comfortable, clean and affordable.

Good room with good bed, balcony and places in garden to chill at the evening. Good personal.

No mosquito net on the window, some hour water pressure was to low to taking shower. The walls does not stop sound (I think we were disturbing some neighbors).

The a/c worked well. They had a big smart Tv that had Netflix. The staff were great. Kept it clean.

My first night there I couldn’t find it at nighttime. It me awhile before I found it. The breakfast is average and they are slow in the kitchen. Maybe I’m biased as I’m a chef.

Location, staff, ownership were great. They also have massive TVs which was great to watch my favorite sports teams on.
