Loved the property and would recommend highly to anyone, despite being a little out of town (benefit being it’s lovely and quiet, down side being the walk along busy street with mad mopeds and cars to deal with if you head to the beach/town bars). Nice breakfast albeit a 10/15 minute walk away (though you can arrange delivery). Absolute best thing about this place is the wonderful, friendly and very caring owners and staff. And the best hotel cat you’ll meet.

Very little to dislike about the property - literally the only thing that was an issue was quirky hot water process (just needed explaining better) and air conditioning being switched off when you leave the property for fire safety. While this is understandable, it does make it uncomfortable when you return and the room needs some time to call down.

Super relaxing place to be with a nice pool. Helen on reception was lovely and so were all the staff . Really big rooms with enormous beds very well designed room quality decor & furnishings with a big Smart TV if you want to chill & watch Netflix. Seven eleven store 10 mins walk .

Owners need to upgrade the WiFi it’s really poor with weak security . Occasional noise pollution on 2 night of 3 - singing & music from neighbouring properties didn’t go on for long .

I’m very happy with my choice! If you’re looking for a quiet place with direct access to a pool, this is the perfect spot. The hotel is simple, small, and slightly away from the main street, which makes it great for sleeping and relaxing. Excellent Wi-Fi, amazing and helpful staff—absolutely loved it. 10/10!

The property could use some updates. No hot water, only warm. However, this is not a major issue given the warm weather.

The shower was weak and it was really hard to control the temperature, either too hot or cold. The facilities can use some service/reparation (for example: the AC and leaking).

Beautiful spacious rooms with access to the pool. It was so nice and peaceful. It was very close to a Muay Thai gym and so I went to a class every morning!

A bit far from everything else - you need a scooter but that’s what I wanted. Somewhere to read, do yoga, walk to the beach, and sleep comfortably.

We stayed here for a week in one of the ground rooms, such a beautiful clean space, comfy bed with a pool outside the door. All the staff and owner are so lovely, it’s peaceful and relaxing. Close to shops and the main Rawai strip. Highly recommend.

WiFi is inconsistent. The walk way is not level so need to watch where you step and you can’t roll your bags. Hot water maybe solar thus not always available.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, as are the balconies.

The building is getting old. It rained a lot on my trip, and by the end the roof was leaking. The property was nice, and so was the staff, it’s only that the building is getting old. If I were looking for a cheap stay, and am okay with an older bulking, I would stay again.
