Good value for money. It's a rather laid back place, you have your room and the dining area which has some coffee and tea making facilities. They are happy to rent a motorbike for a fairly reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located very close to the Rawaii beach/pier. There is a cheap bus (100 TBH at the time of writing) from the airport to the beach which is about a 10 min walk to the guest house. Overall it was clean and tidy, the wifi was fine, staff friendly and helpful and the location is close enough. I don't have anything to complain about except for the weather which was raining but that's on the big guy upstairs.

A lot of accommodations do this, but it's still something that I don't like. That is cleaning the room without asking permission first. I spoke to the lady at the front desk about it and didn't have that issue again so really it was fine.

I review this place already. See my other review I guess but in summary it was nice and tidy, lived up to expectations, was close to the beach and bus to airport, little dining area to make coffee and eat, friendly staff. Good value for money. Also you can rent a motorbike here too.

There wasn't anything to complain about. One little issue if i had to have an issue was that the staff (like most accommodations these days) clean your room without asking permission. However I spoke to the receptionist and she sorted it out and didn't have that issue again. So no complaint really.

A block off main beach rd. It was peaceful and rd was well lit. Everything worked including Air Con. Minimum breakfast of toast and fruit included. A little extra for eggs and such. Bed is a little hard, but pillows nice. Owner will set you up with tours if you want. This was a good stop that was busy with cleaning staff. Beach towels available for free. Cable channels with a little English news channels.

No real issues to report for an older compound. If bathroom smells, pour some water down drain under sink. Didn't have problems afterwards.

Guest house in a quiet location and close to rawai beach. Very friendly and always available staff. The rooms are not large but the bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for a family and quiet environment, Sandy House is the right place.

I love everything here, it was wonderful experience, friendly owner and staffs, hotel near beach, near market, near supermarket near View point and hotel provide free bicycles❤️❤️❤️or you can rent motorcycle near hotel with good price ^^ hotel has big kitchen and many tables for eating food, and work space, and really fast internet ❤️❤️❤️❤️and have 7 beautiful cats with friendly^^

Price. Great bed, room darkening curtains, room was great. Little mold in the shower but everything else was spotless. Good shower. Hot water. Has beach supplies to use. Nice sitting area outside of room.

I am older and found the stairs difficult to climb especially with bags. Only one flight but no one offers to help with bags. If you have difficulty ask for a ground floor when booking.

Very nice location - 5 minutes to the main street. A lot of vegetation & plants, it gives a nice vibe. The breakfast was a nice surprise - not much (some toasts, butter, jam, fruits, orange juice, tea/coffee) but enough to start the day. Comfortable beds, room was clean.

The atmosfere is like you feel in a family,the reception and Naty are always very kind and ready to help you for everything. Also the other 2 ladies that clean the room and take care the guest for the breakfast are very nice and helpful ..in particular the smallest one that have a special smile. The owners are very nice and the cats of the house to make everything so relaxing. Thanks everybody for the wonderful stay. See you next time.

Good location, close to the main road of Rawai beach, but very quiet. Perfect room for me as I was juat training at AKA and needed a bed. Room was small, and not much natural light, but this meant the room stayed cool which, even with aircon, is a big plus. Staff were very friendly, and they're 2 cats were the best cats in Thailand! Good parking also.
