Amazing resort with fantastic staff. From Tommy and the reception staff to Maria and the catering team, this was a truly memorable experience for us and our 2 year old daughter. Well catered for adults, and plenty of things for her to do in the kids club and pool area. We originally planned to stay in Kata beach but the hotel we first arrived at was not up to our expectations. We then booked the Vijitt at the last minute around midnight and they were brilliant on not only being able to accommodate us but also make us feel relaxed and ready to begin a great holiday.

Good ambiance, service level, spacious while pretty busy.

Resort needs maintenance upgrade, quite some elements were deteriorating or in poor condition that needs fixes, like pool deck. Lots of wooden elements need a fix.

The villas spread all over with sufficient privacy and very serene n bright The pool in the villa was wonderful and added charm to the stay

The sofa seats in the villas are super uncomfortable and not at all in line with such a high end property. This need to be changed as one does spend a lot of time lounging around The staff for the golf carts were insufficient and the wait timing was too long at times Breakfast spread needs some variety as gets too monotonous

Wonderful location, right on the beach, with excellent view of Phang Nga Bay (and a number of offshore islands) from our bedroom window. Spacious room with lots of additional facilities eg outdoor shower (as well as indoor bath). Food range and quality excellent (particularly good options at breakfast). Staff delightful. Resort facilities offered excellent range of options, including rubber tapping, beach and garden walks (even fish feeding!)

Our bungalow was very nice and our view beautiful. Pool very large with good views. Staff good. Spa staff very good.

You can’t swim in the sea. This should be made clearer on the description of the property. Don’t stay here if you want to walk into the sea and swim. Lack of staff at breakfast AND absolutely no presence of a manger. When we were at the property there was a big Thia / China gathering being prepared over 2 days of our stay. The sound checking for a whole afternoon was disturbing. If we had been told about this before we wouldn’t have stayed. We should have been prewarned.

This is a beautiful retreat, with lovely villas and gorgeous seaviews. The food was wonderful and the staff, so nice. The infinity pool is great and poolside service is an added benefit.

I can't say we disliked anything, but it is a shame that the sea retreats so far that it is not possible to swim in most of the time and so the beach and sea are rarely used. There is a free shuttle bus twice a day that will take you to Niharn beach where you can swim and sunbathe in the traditional way.

The place has a lovely sea view and I liked the the old fashioned style of the villas. Also was happy to have my Individual little place to stay. Made me feel comfortable to stay in a quite resort and have so much privacy. The staff Is very friendly and helpfull and the place Is very clean.

The only thing that I could complain about Is the food.Maybe because I am a chef myself so I am a bit demanding and fussy what I eat and the quality of products Is important to me😇 Anyways the chefs are very nice and I am sure they try hard to provide delicious meals but just wasnt enough for me😇

The resort is set up where individual villa was standalone. The property was peaceful and tranquil. Surrounded with tropical fruit trees and plantation. Private pool and main pool were awesome and looked out into a picturesque beach and mountains. Breakfast had a good variety to suit all taste.

Bathroom taps leaky and showers was always flooded and struggled to drain water properly. Some rude and entitled Caucasian guests. Always jumping the queue to get to the buggy when our group was already waiting in line. The staff wouldn't refuse them or explain that there were other guest queuing up.

Loved the villas, beautiful surroundings and gardens, buggy service, huge swimming pool and amazing sea views! The staff were super helpful too! Massages were awesome and done so professionally! Couldnt fault anything. The rooms were huge We were provided a cot for the baby The were cleaned daily The bed was huge and comfy The facilities were perfect

We sometimes had difficulty with communication with the staff; this was due us not knowing Thai and we couldnt/shoudnt really expect the staff to know English in a non-English speaking country.

Beautiful property, tasteful design. Loved the quiet, out-of-the-way location (we had rental car-- can't really walk to other places). Great breakfast. Great spa scrub and massage. Lovely staff. .

Housekeeping didn't come till after 4:30 one day. A/C was a bit weak. Dinner food was fine but not authentic Thai flavors we enjoyed in other restaurants. Pillows were big, hard, lumpy.
