The stay was fantastic. I did a two-week Muay Thai camp at AKA and this accommodation was perfect for it. All the staff were so friendly... The room was large, the shower was wonderful, really good AC, the bed was a bit hard, but I didn't mind. You do need to be able to walk up the hill and it's really steep. Luckily, they have golf carts, so they can take you to your hotel room. But to get to the reception, you need to go up first. The supermarket is about 20 minutes away. There's nothing nearby, so you'll need a scooter or car. Otherwise, you can order a Grab. There's a beautiful pool, a rooftop terrace and a small fitness center. I enjoyed every second here. I want to thank all the staff for making my stay so amazing. I hope to return as soon as possible.

The room was really big, the bed was comfy and it was overall a nice stay. The pool views are breath taking but you have to wake up extra early for a lounger as they have around 8 in total.

The staff, I couldn't work out If they were rude or didn't really know what was going on. Check in was frustrating, it states check in is at 2pm, that's why I booked it so I could grab a shower after my flight, on arrival we were told it would be 2:45 so we said that was fine, I went to collect the keys and then I was ignored stood at the desk, then told it would be another hour for check in. We decided to get food at the over priced restaurant as we were hungry and fed up of waiting, then after we ordered told the room was ready. Make sure you are willing to factor travel time in as it's away from everything. They charge you additional for using your card and don't tell you.

The view was stunning, half way up a hill, the staff were super friendly and excellent and the food was also good. The room was large with plenty of room on the balcony and it was kept nice and clean. The restaurant menu had a nice variety of Thai and International cuisine and was equally reasonably priced by hotel standards. I had a great stay here :-)

It was a 40 minute round trip walk to the local 7 / 11 store, so factor this in and ensure you have plenty of provisions with you. The walk up to the hotel and further to your room is very very steep, it can be rather tolling. The only desserts following your meal which are offered are little ice cream tubs, they are very nice, but a larger selection of desserts would be great. None of these things would prevent me from returning however.

The location is perfect. You will get to watch sunrise from your room. It is simply awesome. I took lots of photo of sunrise from my room 604.

The aircond of room 604 didn't work on my 2nd day. But the staff quickly asked us to move to room 801.

Need to insist to have things done. New staff in training required more patience from client. Need a motor bike if you want to do something else than stay in room/pool.

It had a beautiful view. Very large bed. Very large room with a lovely balcony. Overall the whole hotel area was kept very clean. Had a free shuttle to beach. Pool had an amazing view. Restaurant on site.

Room had quite a lot of ants in the bathroom. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Difficult location as had to get a grab/ taxi to go anywhere. Only 1 pool available but website said there were 2.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the shower facilities very good. The view was amazing.

The property was a little bit far from any services (incl. shops and beach), but only 10min ride in a taxi. There were no spa facilities, however they were on the description.

The location is amazing with great view of the sea. You even get sunrise and sunset overlooking the sea right from your bed 😊🤩. The amenities are amazing especially the jacuzzi in the bedroom .The staffs are the best ever in any hotel I have ever stayed;they are so friendly they make me feel like am home away from home

The view from your hotel room is absolutely amazing! So is the view at the swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was alright and the bed was quite hard, but waking up to such a stunning view you’ll get one of the nicest experiences on Phuket if you’re in for a calm holiday or if you want to train at AKA Thailand (famous Muay Thai gym around the corner). Also worth noting that the sunset (around 06:30 in January) is absolutely amazing with the golden view over the hills, ocean and islands. Definitely recommend!
