This place is great. I had one of the villas of which I believe there are eight all around a large pool. I think the other villas have a private pool. I ate here a couple of times and the food was nice, not too expensive. The staff were absolutely lovely. This all located very near Sai Noi beach, which is a pretty quiet secluded little beach about 300m long. At the north end of the beach there is a little path up the hill to Wat Tham Khao Tao. There are not that many places to eat in this area. T-Villas does not back onto the beach.

With the wrong neighbor this place could definitely be noisy as I believe all of the villas (in pairs) around the pool have adjoining doors into the adjacent villa. That didn’t happen to me, except for one night which was pretty bad. There is an issue which you get in so many hotels, which is the combination of wooden or hard plastic chair legs dragging across shiny floor tiles. Scraping, like nails on a blackboard. So easy to fix with soft felt ends.

Very clean, the staff were amazing and only a very short walk to the beach. The beach was lovely and had a bar where you could sit and get food and drinks. We went midweek and breakfast was delivered in the morning to the villa.

The pool at the villa did not have steps to get in and out. A problem if you have any type of mobility issues.

we arrived from the south by car and we were tired and hungry. we got room service and it was quick and yummy. room was big and right near the pool.

hope it never happens to u, the time for us to leave to head to the airport was early. they had the office closed and we owe money for the room service. it was very annoying because we had to give the keys and the money to the security. we spent more than 30 mins looking for him and delayed our trip. office opens at 7am beware because they dont tell you this.

The location away from the hustle and bustle beautiful beach so close by. Great pool, clean and deep enough for a swim. Great staff very welcoming friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Great location next to a cozy beach away from the city and clean rooms, good value in general

Thin walls with neighbours so you can hear people talking etc. TV remotes are pretty beaten

It was welcoming. The accommodation was amazing. It was clean. It was exotic modern and I would definitely go back. And please be aware the girls at the front desk exceptional

Nice and quiet room, only 1 minute away from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff! Excellent value for money. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back soon.

The continental breakfast has a limited selection, but overall is OK.
