The Palayana Hua Hin Hotel is a great place to relax in Thailand. The hotel has a spacious, clean and very well-kept green area, a private sandy beach. On the beach there is a cafe with a wonderful view of the sea. The food in the cafe is delicious, there is local cuisine and European. Breakfast is a buffet, where everyone can find something for themselves. There are fruits, pastries, hot dishes, salads, etc. A coffee machine is available during breakfast, this was important for me :) The staff speaks good English, is very polite, ready to answer any request. The room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning, changed towels and robes. The room has good soundproofing - we did not hear other guests. The hotel has a great location - a 7-minute walk to the store "7 eleven", nearby there are numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants. I recommend the hotel for both family holidays with children and for personal holidays.

A magical resort on the beachfront, most rooms have a sea view. The place is very cozy and low-key for a 5* resort but that was perhaps because we visited in low season (on the weekend the pool and breakfast area visibly filled up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is great. Breakfasts - very good.

It is about a 20 minute ride from the center of Hua Hin as well as Cha-Am but you can get taxis via Bolt. Guests could expect at least one change of bed linen during a 5 day stay. Hard to believe that these rooms are 65sq m, they are organized in the most inefficient way but the balconies are huge.

Small hotel with private beach. Quiet and relaxing environment except for days when wedding taking place, Gardens kept beautiful.. Breakfast - plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms (deluxe sea view) - are spacious and comfortable with large balcony.

Not enough shaded sunbeds around pool. We went at end of season (mid to late March). On first night went to hotel restaurant to eat but no-one else there so no atmospher and we ate out each night after that. No bars/restaurants within walking distance so had to go out in car each day. Wedding celebrations spread over 3 days were noisy at times .

It was truly an exceptional experience! The room was stunning, combining both comfort and sophistication perfectly. The staff went above and beyond, providing attentive and friendly service that made my stay seamless. Every detail, from the elegant surroundings to the top-notch service, was simply outstanding. Everything. The staff were amazing and couldn't help enough. The resort is small, peaceful and beautiful. We absolutely loved our villa and the food was amazing. We celebrated our sons birthday and the staff decorated his room, surprised him with cake and made it so special.

The hotel in general was superb, with direct access to the beach - true luxury when it comes to watching sunset or sunrise. The staff was nice as ever, and very accommodating when we needed a late check out. We had booked a 2 bedroom villa that was beautiful with a private pool. Just enough space to fit us four. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for the hospitality

Everything was great, just wish that the two bedrooms were connected and not separated but again, personal taste. This setting would be ideal for couples

the hospitality mind of the hotel stuffs . our group of 6 stayed in the 3 br villa , when we checked in , we found from our villa , there r some trees ( small one ) that blocked our sea view, then we just gv small comments to the hotel stuffs& with in half hours, the gardener came to trim out the trees & we saw the sea view & the sun set beautifully !!! THKS

We would like to add our small comments on our villa " besides all 3 br r perfect & clean , this is the plus point of our villa . keep going !!! our comments " the living and dining area r a good perfect size , but the aircon looked very tired !!! and u need a small pantry and small sink in the dinning area . THIS IS A MUST !!

Breakfast was unlimited ala carte for mains and buffet for continental. Good spread and I chose to sit by the beach to have my breakfast. It was quiet and nice. It's a boutique hotel so the width of hotel area was rather narrow leading to the beach. Room is very big and view is good. I was on the 5th floor.

The bathroom tiles were dark grey so it looked quite depressing. Would be ideal if its marble, even if its homogenous tiles.

The breakfast was amazing. They had so many delicious options and quality food. It was an amazing place to relax poolside. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 Happy Hour drinks.

Apart from the breakfast, the service was slow. We ordered drinks and it took so long for them to bring us a few drinks. We had to tell a few staff before getting our order.

The room was bigger than we expected. There was more than enough space to store all our luggage. The shower room was really spacious. The bed was also bigger than normal and pretty comfortable too (though the pillows felt either too high and too low). We had a big balcony with a good view of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and we liked how the hotel was right on the beach.

The swimming pool needs a little maintenance. The pool ladder was squeaky and didn't look safe to use. Some staff seemed a bit unmotivated. In the morning of our 2nd day here, the tap water came out as pale brownish, but it was only for a short while. The staff explained that it was due to water shortage that affected the whole area of Cha-am, so we didn't mind.
