The beach and sea view bungalows are fantastic, I couldn't have asked for more. High quality and modern equipped rooms and excellent room service. Only a few steps to the pool, the sea, the restaurant. The beach is very narrow at high tide, but there are plenty of sun beds by the pool. Excellent value for money, the other hotel facilities in the area are several times more expensive. During the week there are relatively few guests here, I had at times the pool to myself or at most with some couples, so you can relax very well here. Extended beach walks along the sea are possible, except at high tide. On weekends it fills up with mostly Bangkok locals, but it is still relatively tranquil as the resort is not too big. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in every way. There is a free shuttle bus to the city center several times a day. I will definitely consider coming here again.

Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the place and in the rooms, but quite unreliable and often requires a re-login. The Wi-Fi in the restaurant and bar area is very fast, but also not very reliable. I would recommend using a cheap local sim card instead, the wireless network is quite stable and fast enough for most applications including video chat. In the rooms, instead of the usual hot water maker, there is a capsule coffee maker that you are supposed to use to make hot water for tea or coffee, which is a bit inconvenient.

Villa was spacious and comfortable. The resort was quiet and peaceful (perhaps it was the low season?) and so it was a pretty comfortable getaway for my family.

The design of the two-bedroom villa is awkward. I thought it was a giant house with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, something like that, but it was like two separate villas joining together plus a separate tiny living room. You'd feel like you have to go outside each time you want to go to another room. Yes, there's privacy but it's not quite friendly. The private pool wasn't quite clean. the water flow in the shower place in both rooms was weak and water temperature wasn't steady. We were told to keep the whole villa at a temperature of 20C and we didn't know why. it was pretty cold for my old mom.

Nicely designed big, clean room/ villa on a quiet, relaxed compound. Nice pool and very friendly staff. Given the price, quite nicely done breakfast.

Not really beach - during high tide it is completely gone. Many dead fish at this time of the year. Not really a place with shade to hang out during the day. Location far from both, Cha'am amd Hua Hin, not always easy to manage transport, not walking friendly.

Its a pretty resort, manicured gardens, lovely villas, large pool surrounded by frangipani trees. Water is warmed by the sun, not very deep and the poolside bar make delicious drinks and food. I would go so far as to say the kitchen is a highlight, polished presentation and tasty food. The pool is only 20-30m from the beach which has soft sand and is quite flat however the sea isn't clear in this area, it has a lot of suspended particles and is brown rather than turquoise and transparent. Still great to swim in. There are locals passing by from time to time offering pony rides and the animals seemed well cared for. The hotel had low occupancy when we were there (weekdays) and possibly reduced staff. They didn't operate their breakfast buffet as a result but served us at the table which was nice. Only one person in the entire staff is comfortable with English, the rest are eager but you may have to resort to some creative miming to be understood! Maybe the tiniest fly in the ointment is that the front desk staff were a little down at the mouth, listless and demotivated but if you don't have to deal with them beyond the essentials, don't let that deter you. The villas we had were spacious and beds magnificently comfortable. TV only has one local channel which means you'll spend your time exploring the grounds or chilling by the pool, as you should! One of our villas had a little issue with ants (non-biting) and the second had a few mosquitos but this is the tropics by the sea so this shouldn't be a shock. Housekeeping was told and whatever they did seemed to work. In summary its lovely, quiet place. Not a lot to do, bring your own entertainment especially in case it rains. Lots of local eateries in the area with cheap and excellent food. The hotel's room prices are a bargain but F&B is quite expensive so don't get carried away with drinks or room service if you don't want a nasty surprise.

Lovely staff, big airy rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall I would stay again but not in their expensive pool villa (120 AUD), I don't think it was worth the money.

The villas were nice, but are a little past their prime. They need some maintenance. Ate dinner at the restaurant, we were the only patrons that night and the kitchen couldn't get both meals out together, there was a 15 minute gap between my wife's course and mine. Also when my food arrived parts of the meal (french fries) were stone cold. The kitchen did remedy for me.

Very quiet location with a very walkable very clean beach. The staff was amazing and very helpful. K. Non made sure we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was good, including an omelette station and noodle station and a coffee station as well as salad and fresh fruit and 4 or 5 Thai dishes. We loved our ocean view.

I think this was the time of year, but it high tide there was no beach.

We wished the Staff could have been more conversant with English. Also…charging for ice buckets was something we never seen before…not happy with that!

The room was spacious and clean. Comfy large bed. The swimming pool is large . Food tasty and breakfast was good. All the staff very friendly and helpful

The gym room. It is tired and needs maintenance. Bike broken, multigym broken. They are cheap fixes. Apart from that everything excellent

I like this villa a lot. I have stayed here for 7 times. I like breakfast the taste is good and many options. even sometime there is no buffet options coz of less guest, I think. but you can order what you want in the menu that they have as much as you want. The location is perfect. it is close to the main road and also beach front. quiet private I will come back again.

For this stayed, I dislike the smell of bed. it was smell like pee. i don't know what exactly it was.

I went back again to stay at this hotel in 2-3 weeks. I was there with small children this time. Everything was still very nice. We booked a king bed room with sea view, but we got a room upgrade to have a pool villa. It was really impressive. The breakfast was still delicious and more choices of food.

The bathroom was not really clean. I love to have a hot water but I think, it was not and quite difficult to adjust. Another think was the restaurant, we booked the table and already ordered the food after we checked in, about 3 P.M. We have also mentioned the time that we will have the dinner. At 18.30, the time we were there, we have waited maybe 1 hour to get the food. Think about that we have children with, no professional at all. We have also cancelled some food because they did not come even we already ordered.
