The Little sea cafe is amazing, an excellent solution for all day coffee, shakes, light meals. Staff was always super nice and helpful Good basic breakfast, no variety but really fine Rooms with attention to detail, although very simple. this is a very "basic" but nice hotel, very clean which is most important but hardly a "resort".

The sea in the Hua Hin area is NOT the same as the islands!! really important to know in advance. The hotel is a bit remote, not really within walking distance from anywhere. The hotel offers bicycles which are a terrfic solution for a quick trip to the 7 eleven or nearby massage but they are not maintained and are dangerous - th breaks are not working, wheels and handlebars are loose or broken. The beach is dirty and the horses shitting on the sand are a real turnoff. We satyed around Xmas/New Year's- it was very windy and chilly.

The view, the public space, and the beach are amazing. It's a beautiful place to wake up and enjoy the ocean. The on-site cafe has tasty, simple options for food and drink (especially liked the smoothies and milkshakes). Overall, it was a beautiful spot, and I think it's a good value for a smaller-sized resort.

The breakfast was okay, but coffee and juice was low quality. They also played music in the breakfast area, which distracted from the natural sound of the waves. Some of the amenities were lower quality - e.g. vaneer peeling off the cabinet in our room, and a shower head that wasn't well-fixed so it repeatedly fell down while in use. The rooms are not well sound-proofed, so music and kids playing can easily keep you up at night or wake you up in the morning.

This property is quite privately and feel more relax, just sit in front of hotel then you feel very nice. The staff have mind service and room is clean. Also have the cafe with the good taste of coffee.

The bath room should separate the wet and dry area.

I love the beach and the pool

I felt the beds were a little uncomfortable and the walls are not sound proof enough so we could hear the next door neighbor lol

the room with sea view is fantastic,especially the sunrise. It feels like in the paradise. The staff here is helpful and kind. The whole place is clean. The room is cleared every day. I think I will come back next year,with my friend.

Quiet, not too crowded , close to 3 restaurants on the beach, sea view room, staff are polite and attentive and sun rise.

A bit windy

I like it on the beach. You can see the sunrise in the morning. Three seaside sea food restaurant are next to the hotel. You just walk there for few minutes. The carpark staff is helpful to arrange parking. Breakfast is simple but good enought.

Swimming pool is good for children but too small for a group.

Room and building design is comfy. The beach is quiet. The suite room sea view is stunning during sunrise. Cleanliness. Free beverages in fridge. Staff is helpful.

Lack of usable power outlet with ground cable. (Only ones available was too far from any surface suitable for a labtop). A little bit far from downtown or famous restaurants.

Room is clean and comfortable.

Almost like a private villa on the beach. Hotel more like a boutique hotel quit small.

The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Quite far from everything if you don't have own transport.
