On the island, there are only three 7/11 shops, and you have two of them almost right next to your room! One is just across the street from the hotel, and the other is directly beneath you — you live above the shop. The location is perfect! You can walk barefoot to the beach, which takes only about 1 minute. The staff was friendly, and they cleaned the room daily, providing water and coffee bags after cleaning. We had a huge balcony where we enjoyed breakfast every day, which we got from 7/11. It was a great stay!

The internet was poor, so make sure to have your personal data plan with unlimited usage.

Good sized room. Location was spot on as it was close to the beach plus restaurants and bars near by. 7 Eleven is opposite which was helpful. I stayed 3 nights and 2 times I slept in so missed house keeping which is my fault. However, when I left the room outside my door was 2 x botlles of water, toilet paper and coffee, creamer & sugar. Great service.

Not a dislike but a recommendation. The info on Booking needs updating as there is no on site ATM and the room actually had a kettle which was not listed.

Thai style rooms with lots of windows, a big bathroom and a fridge which color matches room's paint job. There is a small balcony too. Excellent beach just 200m away!

We rented two rooms, both facing the main street. The Sunday (late) night nose bothered me, my friend said he didn't hear anything... There was no breakfast offered here but there are good breakfast places along the main street.

GREAT location, 3 minute walk to the beachfront, near TONS of restaurants, easy walk from/to the Pier and cabs to the rest of the island. Surprisingly not too noisy despite it being close to the main road. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was super easy to extend my stay.

Great location near the best beach, the supermarket and wonderful fruit shops, nevertheless it was quiet. The air conditioning worked not too loud at night. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, the price was not high, we were satisfied and had a good time at the hotel.

Next to two 7-11 shops, 2 minutes walk to the beach, clean and comfy rooms with balconies, lots of bars nearby, overall great value for money.

The door lock in one of the room 27 was a bit difficult to lock (it worked but required many tries every time.)

The owner is very sweet and the location is super! Place is clean, you get coffee and water daily. Air conditioner is good and quiet. We were 5nights and they changed sheets once also which was nice 😊

I would suggest to change the big closet for open air hangers or something, it will give more space and openness for the room.

The owner ist friendly and very helpful. The position is very good in the center of the Samed village and approx. 300-400m away from the main beach. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Right next to 7/11.

It was very clean. Location was perfect. Just a three minute walk to the main beach. Friendly staff. Fresh water bottles every day.

The bed was not really comfortable. The room was not made up daily. The reception was closed at 9 AM in the morning when we wanted to check out. Only the cleaning lady was able to help us out and call the owners.

To be honest we didn’t actually stay here as on arrival the only rooms available was on the third floor due to arthritis I am unable to climb the stairs the gentleman owner took my friend to another hotel within 100m and got us ground floor rooms there instead. Excellent service would recommend this gentleman to all
